Very happy with the carers we had for my partner. They washed, cleaned and changed his clothes every day. Also kept checking his catheter bag. They talked to him and had a laugh. They did get him walking with his frame. All the carers we saw were friendly day and night.
Your feedback truly motivates us to uphold our high standards of care and commendable service. Hearing that the carers provided excellent care for your partner, attending to his needs, ensuring hygiene, and sharing friendly conversation, reaffirms our dedication. We value your positive experiences and remain committed to supporting you.
The care provided can be at different levels of skill set. The problems seem to be when someone goes off sick or on holiday. The cover provided is not always to a good standard. Some seem inexperienced. I am not impressed with the management, who seem to set the standard at a low level, looking at the vacancy advert on their own website. When you do complain (which is not very often) they make excuses, but you can’t excuse the inexcusable. Just saying sorry all the time is not good enough.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced. Delivering consistent, high-quality care is our priority and we're committed to maintaining these standards for all our customers. We've taken note of your feedback regarding the...
We understand that if something happens they cannot control it, however, if someone could have rang us to let us know they were going to be late it would have eased our minds.

We truly understand the importance of punctuality, especially for morning visits, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen circumstances can lead to...
I have found my mum's carers kind, patient and very diligent. It gives me peace of mind to know she is in safe hands, with someone popping in every day. If there is any concern they ring me straight away. Very pleased.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience. It is rewarding and touching to hear that Mum's carers show kindness, patience and diligence. We are delighted to know that you are delighted with our service. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and encourages us to continue providing excellent care. If there is anything we could assist you, please feel free to reach out.
Fuschia Care are a wonderful care company providing a compassionate and empathetic service. I am truly grateful that they have been a part of my dear father's life. They have been very supportive throughout difficult times and offer a warm and kind response when needed.
Thank you for sharing your heartwarming feedback with us. Our team is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Please know that we are here for you whenever you need assistance.
I find all the staff at Fuchsia Homecare Gorleston all very good to me. All carers are very good and I had a Christmas present and card I wasn't expecting and was very nice of them to think of me, that's how caring they are.
We have a team of eight who visit my wife twice a day. I have the utmost respect for their professionalism, caring, and good humour. My wife loves them all. Even on bad days they give her a lift, I can hear the laughter from the other room. They ask every day if my wife has had water/milk/complan, nothing is too much trouble. They all do a fantastic job.
Thank you for your heartfelt message. Your words resonate deeply and we are grateful for your trust and thankful for the opportunity to be part of your wife's life. Please know that our team remains steadfast in their commitment to providing compassionate support. I assure you that your appreciation will be conveyed to our exceptional care team.

Meet the Team (5)
My name is George Quinn and I hold the position of Registered Manager at Fuchsia Homecare, Gorleston. Having previously served in the armed forces, I began my journey with Fuchsia as the Training Officer, later progressing to Assistant Manager and finally to Registered Manager while also gaining my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
I am passionate about ensuring that vulnerable adults receive the care and support they require and deserve. I am committed to promoting the delivery of high-quality care and ensuring that each individual is treated as such. For me, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that each person is treated with dignity, respect, and personalised support.
Supporting the vulnerable members of our communities is a privilege. As the Registered Manager, my favourite aspect of the role is the ability to provide support to the staff, service users and their families while witnessing the positive changes in people's lives.
I started my career with Fuchsia Homecare as a care worker during the pandemic in 2020 this was a role I was very passionate about and really enjoyed. I have now been working for Fuchsia for over 5 years and undertook different roles and responsibilities in the office while being here and I am now a Senior Care Supervisor. This is a role I feel is well suited to me and I most enjoy going out to meet new customers and creating them a person-centred care plan to suit their needs.
I have had the opportunity to gain many different qualifications including Business and Administration level 3, Health and Social care level 3 and Specific learning difficulties level 2. I have just enrolled to myself into an Equality and Diversity level 2 course as I am passionate about learning and I enjoy expanding my knowledge for my role.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and I always have a art project on the go.
My name is Anneka, and I have been working in care for 5 years. I started my journey into domiciliary care before the pandemic started, and thoroughly enjoyed 4 years of meeting new people and learning new information about the care sector. During this time, I completed my level 2.
In 2024, I felt I needed a change of path, and I joined Fuchsia Homecare as a care supervisor. I have embraced my new job role and am currently working towards gaining my level 3. I hope to further my knowledge with more learning and completing courses.
My favourite part of the job is meeting new customers and chatting about their life and implementing this into their care plan so it is completely person-centred and tailored to their needs. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with my son.
I have worked at Fuchsia Homecare for three and a half years. I started my journey at Fuchsia as an admin officer, before receiving a promotion to finance assistant after a year. I am now undertaking an AAT course to further my career in the financial industry. I regularly go out to cover care for our single assist customers when I can and have gained ample care knowledge, which allows me to assist my colleagues in their roles when needed.
I enjoy going out to deliver care, getting to know the customers, and seeing the difference that Fuchsia makes to people's lives.
I am passionate about animal welfare and donate to several charities. I also have a rescue Husky and am planning a volunteer programme in South Africa. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the theatre, concerts, the gym, travelling and spending time with my family.
Since moving to Norfolk in 2006, I have worked in adult social care within various different roles and companies.
I have been with Fuchsia Homecare Gorleston since the opening of the branch back in June 2018, where the Fuchsia family began.
I am the reviewing officer of Fuchsia Homecare Gorleston, which is a role I really enjoy, I have the privilege of seeing the customers every 6 months, which gives the customers continuity of the same face visiting, where trust and respect is given from both sides. Customers feel confident seeing the same person and compliments have been given on many occasions that our company is the only company who visit regularly and implement changes as they arise.
I am very passionate within my role, especially ensuring risk assessments of fire safety and manual handling equipment are all within working order and service dates.
The elderly community have a piece of my heart, I care for them as I would a family member.
I am a very family orientated person, we go away on holidays together and regularly have days out shopping, going to the theatre, cinema and dinner dates. My family are my life which includes my fur babies Dusty and Muffin.
