All the carers that attended my wife for several years were unfailingly professional, kind, friendly and immensely helpful. Two managers, Bogdan and Emma often attended my wife personally and always went above and beyond to make her feel that she was special and one of their favourites. All the carers
took their time with their duties and made sure she was comfortable and happy before they left. They treated her as an intelligent, valued individual at all times. Bogdan and Emma, in particular, enhanced the last months of her life by including her in tales of their lives and relationships. I cannot praise their service highly enough or find the words to express my immense gratitude for their care and friendship.

Absolutely shocking how this card company is run.
You'll get issues after issues with the start saying, leave it with me. Months go by, you demand to speak to the "manager" Emma, but she hasn't took the time to go through any of the issues so she is unaware of what is actually going on. And to be
hung up on, and never phoned back.
The oncall doesn't answer or ring back when they know my mum is fully unwell.
Not sticking to the legal time of how long to leave my mum in between call, staying only 6 minutes. The list goes on, but this place is horrid.
And I don't understand how you can employ someone that doesn't speak English. How can they possibly ring an ambulance if need, how can they possibly get to know the people in need. Have reported to cqc.

For the week my husband was at home between hospital/hospice care, Fuschia took exceptional care of him. Carers were kind, friendly and approachable. They respected our home, but at the same time were comfortable operating within a domestic setting. They won our trust very quickly and took away any

As a family we were concerned when told our care provided was going to be changed over to another company. There really was no need for worry. Your team came in, made a transition extremely easy and my father's care has been nothing but exceptional. Every decision made by our carers for my dad, takes

There is sometimes a lack of communication. More gentle care needs to be taken when moving. The care is good apart from odd carers want to do the care the way they want to not the way the service user wants.

It's okay, had problems last September with carers refusing to move my wife from bedroom to lounge. Had to have lifting hoists fitted which has taken nine months to get fitted.

Our main priority as a home care provider is the health and safety of both our customers and our carers. In this instance, for the safety of your wife and our carers, after much discussion and many assessments, we deemed it unsafe to be transferred in any way bar a ceiling hoist.
We referred the case to your OT and continued to chase the matter, however, the duration of which it took, unfortunately, was out of our hands.
We apologise for the time spent in bed but are very pleased that the hoist is fitted and you are back to your normal routine!

Best carers we have had. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband has had four visits per day 7 days a week since March 2023, so we have met 9 different careers overall and they all have been lovely and will do anything to help!
