While her role as a director now keeps her away from care calls, Daniela is always eager to step out and meet with our customers, embodying the personal touch that started it all. Even with her leadership responsibilities, she’s in the office every day, working alongside the team and staying deeply involved in the heart of our business. With us since the very beginning, Timea has juggled multiple roles with ease, from coordinator and trainer to recruitment whiz. After a year of rolling up her sleeves and working hands-on in the field, she’s back in the office as Deputy Manager, ready to sprinkle her magic across the team.

Bogdan is the mastermind behind ensuring everything runs like clockwork at Fuchsia!

As our care coordinator, he’s the one making sure that every care visit is perfectly planned, and no detail is overlooked. His calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills make him the go-to person for both our care team and customers alike.

Georgiana has been part of the Fuchsia Homecare Colchester family for over five years, starting as a care worker and bringing smiles and support to our customers for more than four of them. Now a team leader, she spends two days a week in the office keeping things running smoothly and the rest out and about, checking in with our customers and carers.

With her friendly nature and passion for care, Georgiana is always ready to lend a hand or brighten someone’s day. She’s a superstar, and we’re so lucky to have her!
