Our family is extremely pleased with the service which our Mother gets from Fuscia home care. My Mother really likes both her main carer and the lady who comes in to cover and she finds them very kind, helpful and extremely professional in the job that they are doing.
The service that they
provide has enabled my Mother to live in her own home safe in the knowledge that she will be well cared for.
Although we are not allowed to mention the carers names in this survey we hope that they know how much appreciated they are.

Fantastic. My father really appreciates and enjoys the staff who care for him . Friendly , helpful and can't do enough. Family are all really happy with the quality of care and it puts our minds at rest that my father is in such good care .

Very pleased with the service my nan gets
they are very polite very efficient. They always take care of all my Nan's needs always make sure she's okay.great conversation with her all round great service.

The carers are attentive and kind while doing what needs to be done. When we need flexibility they always adapt. Most importantly they listen to my wife, do what she asks and explain what they are doing when they do it.

All the carers that attended my wife for several years were unfailingly professional, kind, friendly and immensely helpful. Two managers, Bogdan and Emma often attended my wife personally and always went above and beyond to make her feel that she was special and one of their favourites. All the
carers took their time with their duties and made sure she was comfortable and happy before they left. They treated her as an intelligent, valued individual at all times. Bogdan and Emma, in particular, enhanced the last months of her life by including her in tales of their lives and relationships. I cannot praise their service highly enough or find the words to express my immense gratitude for their care and friendship.

Fuchsia has cared for my mother for six years, coming to our home four times a day and providing sitting services. Their team is professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated, always ensuring my mother's comfort, safety, and dignity. Living with her, I saw firsthand the attention and empathy they
brought - everything I say is based on my experience.
Fuchsia made a challenging situation manageable and gave me peace of mind. This is a perfect, reliable, and caring agency. I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

Fuchsia homecare provided the care for my stepmother in law for many years they are a dedicate team they took care of her efficiently the carers are kind supportive and caring and reliable she was very happy for they're support we would recommend them the overall team are very good many thanks.

Absolutely shocking how this card company is run.
You'll get issues after issues with the start saying, leave it with me. Months go by, you demand to speak to the "manager" Emma, but she hasn't took the time to go through any of the issues so she is unaware of what is actually going on. And to be
hung up on, and never phoned back.
The oncall doesn't answer or ring back when they know my mum is fully unwell.
Not sticking to the legal time of how long to leave my mum in between call, staying only 6 minutes. The list goes on, but this place is horrid.
And I don't understand how you can employ someone that doesn't speak English. How can they possibly ring an ambulance if need, how can they possibly get to know the people in need. Have reported to cqc.

Very friendly staff, and any problems have been discussed sympathetically in sometimes difficult situations. Communications have been relatively easy, especially when I cannot be there. It is very useful to have the care rota to plan other visits around this. Thank you.

For the week my husband was at home between hospital/hospice care, Fuschia took exceptional care of him. Carers were kind, friendly and approachable. They respected our home, but at the same time were comfortable operating within a domestic setting. They won our trust very quickly and took away any
fears or concerns we had about strangers coming into our home. I could not praise them highly enough.

As a family we were concerned when told our care provided was going to be changed over to another company. There really was no need for worry. Your team came in, made a transition extremely easy and my father's care has been nothing but exceptional. Every decision made by our carers for my dad,
takes his wellbeing into account first and foremost. Thank you for treating my dad with respect and kindness whilst he sees out the rest of his days with us.

Very caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very sociable and look forward to seeing them. Good to see smiling faces. Family members who have met them are pleased with their service as well. Well done!

Having used Fuchsia Homecare since July 2023 I have no complaints.

There is sometimes a lack of communication. More gentle care needs to be taken when moving. The care is good apart from odd carers want to do the care the way they want to not the way the service user wants.

It's okay, had problems last September with carers refusing to move my wife from bedroom to lounge. Had to have lifting hoists fitted which has taken nine months to get fitted.

The carers are excellent. Very helpful can't fault them in any way.

Best carers we have had. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My husband has had four visits per day 7 days a week since March 2023, so we have met 9 different careers overall and they all have been lovely and will do anything to help!
