We have been having carers for my Husband since July 2025. We had NHS carers for two weeks when he came out of hospital and I knew that I needed carers to help with him as I couldn't manage. We were found Fuschia Homecare by an NHS lady and all the carers we have had have been amazing. They are so polite, efficient and really caring. They all seem to care about me too. I would recommend Fuschia Homecare to anybody. I am so glad we found them.

Staff are very friendly and understandings. If we asked them to change the schedule according to our requirements ( within their limits) they will do the same and we can able to communicate with the coordinator anytime as well.

I have found that the care and attention of the carers has been faultless. They ask before doing anything when it comes to the cleaning and dressing of my mother. If they are going to be late then the management team tell me before their due time. This helps to ensure that I don't worry that they are going to be late. At the moment my mother has gone back into hospital, but the ease at which I was able to get through and pause the care was excellent. When I need to restart it that too is going to be just as easy.

The carers who help with my sister are always very caring and kind, which helps her to relax. They also come on the allotted time and help her, even if the time allowed is not very long. I am very happy with their excellent care

I am always treated with dignity and my feelings and needs taken into consideration, this includes the carers along with the management. Also it is good to have the same carers which enables me to build up a rapport.

I really fell on my feet when they took me on. They really care about their clients and as for the carers, they can't do enough for you. I love them to bits. When I was ill, management phoned me up to ask how I was feeling which I thought was really nice of them. I felt really glad that someone really cared.

I get good services from your carers. They give me help I need, I discuss things about me and keep an eye open for body changes. My husband keeps in touch with the office.

My carers are efficient and kind and always listen to what I am saying. We always have a laugh together, and my carers are cheerful. I truly believe that they have my best interests underpinning the care they provide to me, and always show this. My carers are always punctual and reliable. They confirm the next visit time with me, so I am kept up to date. I am more than happy with the service Fuchsia provides.

Management is very willing to sort out any problems we might have and very understanding of our needs.

Fuchsia Homecare Norwich are an outstanding care company. All of Mum's carers are so attentive and professional. They are always cheerful and happy in their work. They are very good at communicating with myself and my mother. My mother absolutely adores them all. I am sure they have contributed to her progress. They wear all the PPE and keep Mum safe from any infections. They are also very kind to me and help my well-being.

Always such a high standard of care, such kindness and empathy shown to my daughter and the family. Our house is filled with fun, laughter and kindness. Respect is always shown, as is total consideration. We don’t know what we would do without you all; so many, many thanks for everything you do.
