One of the best companies we have worked with, the staff are very friendly, my mother seems to have built a bond with them. I really feel at easy knowing mom is taken care of whilst we are not there. Thank you very much for the love, care, and support your service provides

I am very happy with the care my son who is autistic has received in his supported living home. The staff have shown a deep understanding of his needs and have worked tirelessly to create an environment where he feels safe, respected, and encouraged to grow. I am confident that my son is in good hands
and am grateful for the positive impact this experience has had on his life. Communication between the care team and the family has been excellent. The team have worked closely with us to ensure a personalised care plan that addresses his needs.The staff are always looking for ways to involve him in the wider community, which has contributed to his sense of belonging.


I would highly recommend this supported living service to other families seeking a compassionate, professional, person-centered care approach or individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Siban Homecare have provided care for my mum for some time now and we (the family) couldn't have chosen a better care provider for her. The care workers are brilliant with Mum and see to her every need with care and understanding. Mum and the care workers have a great rapport which is essential in my
opinion. The manager is lovely as well. 10 out of 10 all round.

For almost eight months now, my special needs daughter is cared for on a Saturday by the most wonderful, kind, caring lady anyone would be delighted to call their friend. It is the highlight of her week going out with her carer. They get to do some lovely fun activities and always go somewhere nice
for food, which my 20-year-old Down syndrome daughter particularly enjoys. My daughter’s behaviour can sometimes be challenging but this is never a problem and she is always treated with love and respect. I cannot praise Siban enough, a carer has truly become not only a friend to our family, but also a much-needed lifeline. The support we are given is second to none.

I was really worried and anxious about where my son with disabilities/special needs could live for his future. I'm so happy that we found this care provider and I feel he is safe and happy and his social, emotional and lifeskills needs are met. The house is always clean and tidy, his food shopping is
checked and helped with, and washing, care, social needs and fun are all dealt with. If ever a problem arises I'm contacted and the staff are all very friendly and easygoing to talk with. The staff are available 24/7 which puts my mind at ease. I feel a weight is lifted from my shoulders and my son is growing in skills, confidence and most of all happiness.

The site at Potternewton Lane the staff do not communicate there have been various problems since February 2024 which are totally unacceptable. I find some staff are way out of their depth dealing with certain clients this issue needs addressing with the utmost urgency it is a new site with a lot of
issues. They should not be taking clients on until this is dealt with properly. Some staff are very poor at dealing with this issue at this stage I would urge anyone to think long and hard about moving their loved ones in. Staff are full of promises that they never keep.

The outstanding care my brother has received from Siban has contributed significantly to the quality of his life. My sister and I were responsible for my brother, who has complex social, health and psychological needs, and the manager accommodated our numerous requests putting in place a superior level
of support. Each carer follows instructions with a positive, willing and caring attitude. They are ideally suited to this role because they provide excellent care, tending to the emotional, psychological, social as well as physical needs and requests. Such is the superb quality of care by Siban that my sister and I have requested for their services for my mother! The manager is exceptional, and to say that she and her team go beyond the call of duty is an understatement. If any care company in the UK deserves an award, then I, along with so many, I am sure, would nominate Siban. Ten out of ten!

We found all the staff from Siban care to be kind, caring and very supportive when looking after my 92-year-old mum, who suffered from dementia and had various other health issues. They provided excellent service and were always reliable.

Exceptional in every way that I can think of.
The manager and team looked after my wife multiple times a day. My wife suffered from anxiety, so she preferred to have the same carers as much as possible, and Siban Ltd ensured that they catered for this. The carers were very professional and more than
capable. They were also kind and compassionate and brought some joy to my wife's life whenever they were here. She quickly grew to consider them as friends, as did I. Their wonderful approach made the harder times more bearable, and not once, did they show it putting a strain on them, even though it must have.
The manager and team also helped guide me with advice on what additional support might help and where to go to get it. You could tell that they all genuinely care. I always felt supported and miss seeing them.

After months of trying to get my father to receive carers into his home my father reluctantly agreed. Immediately all my father's concerns were addressed and he was made to feel comfortable with every aspect of their care. This team were not only professional but caring, compassionate and they very
quickly became my father's friends and an invaluable link between family and other nursing agencies. Their knowledge of the caring system and experience in dealing with the many issues of palliative care was clear to see and our trust in them was absolute. I am in no doubt that without the team my father's final months would of not been as agreeable to him and the rest of his family as they were. My sincerest thanks go to all of the team and the fantastic job you do.

Having had unsatisfactory care from previous providers I was delighted to engage the services of Siban. From the start the efficiency and professionalism was apparent.
I wanted a service which was friendly and reliable but competent. The staff that attended to my wife were excellent. I cannot praise
them enough. They soon became friends and carers which is essential when attending someone with debilitating illnesses
Their work and caring approach lifted the load as carer that I was carrying alone. They are a credit to the company and the way it is managed.

Provided excellent support and care for my dad. My dad was very nervous of having carers at first, but the team really put him at ease and my dad very much appreciated all the help the team provided. As well as the great standard of care, the team took the time to talk with my dad and build a friendly
relationship with him. The carers also went above and beyond in terms of coming out to see him when needed and provide support and advice to the family when needed. Would definitely recommend Siban Ltd to others.

The manager and her truly amazing team looked after my Grandad from 10th January 2020 until the very day he died on 12th May 2020. The care given three times per day could not be beaten. They were all the kindest, loveliest people – almost immediately, they all felt like family. We were worried initially
about the invasion, but this never happened, two people (nearly always one carer the same, who grandad thought an awful lot of) came in, always on time and knew exactly what was needed, and did it, in the most caring way. It did not look like ‘work’, yet it was very hard work and could be mentally draining when Grandad wasn’t well sometimes, but we never got that impression. They often went above and beyond. I do believe that because Grandad enjoyed the visits so much, we actually managed to get four more wonderful months out of him. I cannot thank them enough for this and everything else they did for us. I highly recommend this company and would use them myself if ever I needed to. We actually miss their visits.
