Having had the most awful experience with my son's previous care provider I can only praise Siban for restoring my faith that there is some good care available. They have given my son and me hope that he is treated as an individual, an adult, given choices and a life he deserves to thrive in. They have been professional, caring and have taken time and patience to get to know him and his abilities, not his disabilities! His home is kept beautifully clean and tidy and he is enjoying his independence and I can relax (a bit) lol knowing he is well thought of and cared for and his Support Leader is a star!

What an amazing team Siban care have , they helped my son do normal activities while I took a break from caring. The staff treated him with respect and made his days out enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and if a problem arose it was sorted out, the communication was great. Thank you for your help patience and support with Mark.

I am very happy with the care my son who is autistic has received in his supported living home. The staff have shown a deep understanding of his needs and have worked tirelessly to create an environment where he feels safe, respected, and encouraged to grow. I am confident that my son is in good hands and am grateful for the positive impact this experience has had on his life. Communication between the care team and the family has been excellent. The team have worked closely with us to ensure a personalised care plan that addresses his needs.The staff are always looking for ways to involve him in the wider community, which has contributed to his sense of belonging.

The carer has given first-class 1to1 service to our sister who is special needs and disabled. The carer has such a lovely caring nature and really does care. Thank you for all of your support over the past months.

Kind, accommodating, flexible, providing a high standard of care. Listen well both to the parent and young person and respond quickly. Work very hard to meet the young person's needs and make a real effort to get to know the person. Have realistic expectations of the client providing clear boundaries where necessary.

Siban Homecare have provided care for my mum for some time now and we (the family) couldn't have chosen a better care provider for her. The care workers are brilliant with Mum and see to her every need with care and understanding. Mum and the care workers have a great rapport which is essential in my opinion. The manager is lovely as well. 10 out of 10 all round.

For almost eight months now, my special needs daughter is cared for on a Saturday by the most wonderful, kind, caring lady anyone would be delighted to call their friend. It is the highlight of her week going out with her carer. They get to do some lovely fun activities and always go somewhere nice for food, which my 20-year-old Down syndrome daughter particularly enjoys. My daughter’s behaviour can sometimes be challenging but this is never a problem and she is always treated with love and respect. I cannot praise Siban enough, a carer has truly become not only a friend to our family, but also a much-needed lifeline. The support we are given is second to none.

I was really worried and anxious about where my son with disabilities/special needs could live for his future. I'm so happy that we found this care provider and I feel he is safe and happy and his social, emotional and lifeskills needs are met. The house is always clean and tidy, his food shopping is checked and helped with, and washing, care, social needs and fun are all dealt with. If ever a problem arises I'm contacted and the staff are all very friendly and easygoing to talk with. The staff are available 24/7 which puts my mind at ease. I feel a weight is lifted from my shoulders and my son is growing in skills, confidence and most of all happiness.

The site at Potternewton Lane the staff do not communicate there have been various problems since February 2024 which are totally unacceptable. I find some staff are way out of their depth dealing with certain clients this issue needs addressing with the utmost urgency it is a new site with a lot of issues. They should not be taking clients on until this is dealt with properly. Some staff are very poor at dealing with this issue at this stage I would urge anyone to think long and hard about moving their loved ones in. Staff are full of promises that they never keep.

We found all the staff from Siban care to be kind, caring and very supportive when looking after my 92-year-old mum, who suffered from dementia and had various other health issues. They provided excellent service and were always reliable.

Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond their duty for the client. The staff are trustworthy, friendly and reliable. The same staff do the visits, which help build relationships with clients and their families. Staff help to put the client at ease and show the client respect and dignity. The staff provide excellent communication with families. Would highly recommend it to others.

This team of people are absolutely amazing. They looked after my dad like he was family to them. Every single person that attended were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The manager and team also helped guide me with advice on what additional support might help and where to go to get it. You could tell that they all genuinely care. I always felt supported and miss seeing them.

Siban care has been caring for my aunt for 5-months and has been a great support to her and the wider family. The visits are planned well, and the care is of a high standard. They always go the extra mile and take time to make sure all care needs are met. Communication between Siban care, the daily carers, and the family is excellent. I know my aunt is in good hands.

After months of trying to get my father to receive carers into his home my father reluctantly agreed. Immediately all my father's concerns were addressed and he was made to feel comfortable with every aspect of their care. This team were not only professional but caring, compassionate and they very quickly became my father's friends and an invaluable link between family and other nursing agencies. Their knowledge of the caring system and experience in dealing with the many issues of palliative care was clear to see and our trust in them was absolute. I am in no doubt that without the team my father's final months would of not been as agreeable to him and the rest of his family as they were.
