Since using this agency over the past few months I have found the help they provided to be excellent and of a high standard whatever the circumstances whether it be to take to appointments, shopping or just companionship. Excellent service whatever the request.

Mum was very unsure and slightly reluctant about having people come in and help her. Within two days these fears were non-existent. The ladies who come in are lovely, friendly and she instantly relaxed when she hears their voices. They have made what could have been a very difficult situation into
a very easy transition for both her and my dad.

In the short time I have been using Domiciliary Care Experts, I have found them to be very professional with staff that appears to enjoy their jobs. All the carers have a pleasant attitude and respect my dignity. I had not realised how much having good carers would improve my life.

Domiciliary Care Experts have changed my life. They have made me a lot happier, given my life back to me and my independence. My care is very person-centred, now Domiciliary Care Experts are in my life my family are able to visit as a family and not as a carer. Before I had Domiciliary Care Experts
I had 7 agencies involved now I have chosen to have Domiciliary Care Experts as my full time agency. They are amazing and I never want to leave them.

The company were amazing when caring for my dad. They gave him fantastic care and all the care workers were patient, kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones and relatives. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Cara Palmer

Job Title: Branch Manager Joined: 2022

I have over 20 years of experience within the care sector. I have extensive experience in care management and have worked in different settings such as agencies, Extra care schemes and complex care packages.


I started in the care sector in 2002 where I worked as a care worker in a number of different settings. I then went into the office to be a care coordinator where I stayed for several years and did various roles and then went into my first management role in 2005.


Training - RMA level 5 / Mental Health First Aid course x2 days/Tissue viability prevention course /all mandatory training within the care sectors. I like to undertake all new training offers that come my way as we can all learn something new each day.


I am passionate about the care industry and take pride in what I do no matter what the task is. I believe we should treat others how we wish to be treated and never forgot we are all ageing every day and may need help from others at any point or stage in our lives. I have 2 children, my oldest has a physical disability and is a prime example that you can achieve anything you want if you have the right people behind you and the right mindset.


I am a member of the registered manager's skills for care group which provides lots of extra support and help should me or my team need it.
