My mam has had carers from Wyville going in since May this year and the girls are absolutely brilliant with her. Myself and my brother have no worries knowing that she's being looked after so well by Wyville Home Care. And we're kept in the loop every day. Can't thank you all enough.

The carers at Wyville Home Care have enabled my mother to remain in her own home after a prolonged stay in hospital. They are very professional and caring and my mother is happy and settled. They are very accommodating when extra visits are required over holiday periods and I feel confident of leaving

Absolutely second-to-none care given to my mum over the past 18 months. In the last 2 weeks of her life, the ladies couldn’t have shown more compassion, they treated her as if she were their own, and they enabled us to keep her at home where she wished to be.

The care that was provided for my dad was excellent. It changed both my parent's life. When we had an emergency with mum going into hospital, the care team came over and stayed with dad overnight without hesitation. I have been incredibly impressed with the high standard of care my mum receives. Right from the start, I have felt relieved that there is someone popping in to make sure things are ok, providing personal care and sitting service. The manager and her team are on hand to answer any queries, and they listen
carefully to any concerns and worries with great understanding. This I have found very reassuring. My mum says that the staff are always kind, polite, friendly, caring and happy. My dad enjoys their visits too, and they always have time for a friendly chat. My dad feels able to go out, leaving mum in good hands that he can trust. The care is excellent. They always listen and act upon any requirements. Wyville is supportive both physically with my mum and also with practical and emotional support for the family. We have had them for two years and wouldn't use anyone else.

My father required assistance with washing, dressing and showers following a fall. Wyville Homecare was appointed to provide a 45-minute morning visit by the council and we could not have been happier. From the first contact regarding arrangements to the process of winding things up when the visits
were no longer needed, everyone has been entirely friendly and helpful. The carers themselves have been lovely and always respectful. One of the things we particularly appreciated was the attitude of encouraging Dad to do as much for himself as he could. This encouragement, with support when needed, enabled him to safely regain his confidence and independence. We are very grateful to all and will certainly put Wyville Home Care at the top of our list should we require similar services in the future.

Wyville Home Care has been involved in our aunt's care for about five weeks and we have been very impressed so far. The manager and staff are all extremely caring and friendly and have quickly familiarised themselves with our aunt's needs. They are very reliable and the manager has been particularly
proactive in alerting us to any issues concerning our relative. Communication is always excellent, including via the app used to provide detailed visit notes. Most importantly, all staff make time for a chat as well as attending to her care needs, with the result that our aunt now really looks forward to each visit and her daily chats. We particularly appreciate the personal touch and the fact that our aunt is visited by a very small group of caregivers, who have quickly got to know and understand her. We would definitely recommend Wyville Home to other families looking for care in the home.
