Care manager very supportive, always ready to advise. Very reassuring to know the care is there for my Dad. Very friendly carers and supportive. My dad was against having carers at all, but now he loves it.

My wife and I both found your staff to be extremely professional and courteous and friendly at all times. We would not hesitate to use your company if we needed care services in the future. Your staff was more than happy to help with any little jobs and always asked if there was anything else they could do for her, they would always make time to have a chat with my wife which helped lift my wife's spirits up if she was feeling a little down. The carers were all nice and friendly, they did a very good job. They are very nice people. They were always on time and were very helpful with feeding, washing and cleaning. I would go back as they treated me very well.

Very impressed with this care company. Professional service from both the carers and the management, for our elderly friend. The manager is always up to date with the current situation with regards to her carers and our friend's needs and is always available to discuss matters with us. Never an issue. The manager and her team looked after my auntie until she died in December 2020. The care she received from them was excellent and we were well pleased she was in safe hands. The manager would address any concerns we had immediately and was helpful in recommending things that would improve my aunt’s quality of life e.g food suggestions and assistance aids. We are very thankful for such good care.

Hello, I am 56 years old I have had carers from early September of this year, they are very helpful. They help me with my shopping every week. I find them to be very very bright and cheerful when they come to see me. The carers they gave me is very professional I like my own independence and they respect that and they are very positive with my needs. I like to do my own cooking and cleaning that they would help me with if I needed them to. They make sure that I have something to eat and that have respected myself and my home they are happy to help.

Caring and make me feel very special.

We had to change care agencies at the beginning of 2020 and were recommended to Wyville. From day one, I felt extremely comfortable with them caring for Mum. To begin with, it was one visit a day and then when we went into lockdown in March, they took over the cleaning of Mum’s home. Mum had begun to deteriorate mentally and physically and I upped the visits to twice a day. At the later visit, a meal was cooked and the carer chatted whilst Mum ate it. Unfortunately, Mum had a nasty fall resulting with a head wound and 24 hours in A&E. The carers really stepped up to the plate and between them and us, managed to cover about 18 hours care, either one of us, or one of the carers, staying overnight. This was unsustainable so we made the decision, fully supported by the agency, to move Mum into a care home. The manager and her team go above and beyond, treating Mum with compassion and kindness but also supporting myself and my sister in trying to do the right thing for our Mother. They are fantastic.

It was our first time having Carers and we were cautious initially as you hear about so many negative experiences. We needn’t have worried. From our initial meeting with the manager, we were impressed with her professionalism, high standards and genuine care for her staff and clients. Her experience shines through and I picked up many tips to help me with mum’s needs. The carers were well trained and treated mum with dignity at all times and there was consistent care so we had the same person each day. The manager is flexible and responds quickly and does her best to accommodate individual needs. I am happy to recommend them.

Wyville Home Care Services has been invaluable to my mum since becoming house-bound/bed-bound. They have provided a very high level of care, which is assessed regularly as Mum's needs change. After visits to her myself, I leave with the knowledge that she will be well cared for by the same carer. I have been kept informed at all times and I know there is always someone there should I have any worries or concerns.
