My friend gets services from this company. I am always with my Aunty when the carer arrives, she is so professional, she keeps to her times and is friendly. My Aunty has been very happy and she feels good at each visit the carer makes.

Good customer service and good timekeeping. The office staff are very polite and helpful. Since I started using SGM Care, my home and environment have changed to a clean home to stay and live. The carer is very polite and does her job well.

I have been a carer since 2006 in Harmony Care, in 2014 I moved to crossroad care where I worked as a support worker, working with elderly people and learning disabilities, in 2016 I was with Avante care home as a Team leader managing a group of carers in a dementia home, in 2018 I was working as a field care supervisor, managing group of carers in the committee. I have various variety of skills to help support individuals in order to get back their independence.


I am a good communicator, easy-going and a people person. I love to care for individuals with compassion and empathy. The well-being of my service user is my priority.

I have been working in the care industry since 2005 at Elibariki Community Care where I worked as a Care Worker and Field Supervisor. The joy of supporting individuals to maximise their well-being in the comfort of their own homes has given me the drive to continue and develop my career in the care industry.


In 2014 I moved to Eleanor Care where I continue to work as a care worker, Team Leader, Care Coordinator and Register Manager. Over the years I have managed over three hundred care workers caring for over four hundred service users in the community. I have various skills to support and train individuals to carry out care that is effective and caring with passion and empathy.

I thought of working as a care worker and doing some study in 2022, I passed my IELTS exam in 2023 my score was 6.5. After my studies, I migrated to the UK and started working as a care worker with SGM Care Agency.

My induction and training were delivered with such competency, delicacy, passion, and empathy it has given me the drive to take care of vulnerable adults with the utmost respect and care.
