I am very pleased with the care provided. The staff are polite, well trained and helpful, including the owner of the agency, the care workers and office staff. Everything is done professionally including risk assessments where appropriate. My care worker was punctual, friendly and attentive to my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
