The carers are great and always happy to help. They work hard and take good care of me. My life has improved since Pride has taken over.
I would personally like to thank a particular member of staff whilst I had Covid. She went above and beyond and really helped me. She is one of my main carers and she is always there for me. She is very professional. Thank you Pride Home Care for being there for me.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review and thank you for your lovely words. I will ensure that your carer gets personally recognised and acknowledged for going above and beyond and for helping you whilst feeling unwell. I am glad you are feeling better and thank you again for choosing Pride Home Care as your care provider. Best wishes.
So my mum who has dementia was found by her carers wandering in town today. They took her to the afternoon club, (I think that’s what it’s called) and then made sure she got home safely. She had the best time and to know she was safe was invaluable. She always looks forward to their visits.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our service. It was lovely to see your mum enjoy herself our our club and join in with our singing and dancing. Since your mum has attended other clubs and has thoroughly enjoyed herself. Staff are currently in the process of making a memory box...
Mum developed excellent relationships with all the carers and was very happy with the care delivery.
The carers were caring, professional and well-trained as a family we were very happy with her care plan and how care was delivered.
Our sincere thanks to everyone involved Pride Home Care - excellent.
Thank you Caralyn for your lovely words of recommendation. It was a great pleasure looking after you mum and an honor to get to know you all. Your mum became very special to us and we miss her dearly. We have made many memories and captured some lovely photos to treasure. Warm wishes and love to you all and thank you again for your lovely words.
I am extremely grateful for all Pride staff when it comes to my grandmother's care. They have consistently gone above and beyond to keep my nan safe and ensure she can stay in her own home. Not only have they been there for my nan but also myself when again this is not in their job description. I can honestly say that all employees I have had contact with within Pride do not just see their role as just a job they will treat your loved one with the same care and respect they would want their own loved ones to be receiving. Thank you will never be enough but if your looking for a care company to care for your loved one with respect and a company that does more than just a job look no further you have found them. Thank you to everyone at Pride for being different from the rest and I can say I have had my fair share of experience with other care company's. I hope if I ever need care I receive this standard of care that Pride provides. Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking time to review our service and profound gratitude for your lovely words. Thank you also for the delivery of the yummy chocolate bakes and treats. We certainly all ran on sugar afterwards. Your Nan has since attended our clubs. She really enjoyed the singing,...
When our family needed some extra help during my father-in-law’s end-of-life care. Pride Home Care in Attleborough were our saviours. The staff were amazing, professional and compassionate to our needs. I will definitely recommend Pride to everyone who may need a bit of help and support during difficult times.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. We really appreciate your lovely words and recommendation. It is warming to read and I will definitely pass on your lovely words to the team who cared for your father-in-law. Best wishes from all of at Pride Home Care.
I also feel totally supported by Pride, as at times I feel overwhelmed with dad's dementia etc, the Pride staff are always there to listen and support me too.
Both Dad and myself would be totally lost without Pride Home Care.
Thank you very much for leaving a lovely review on our services. We really enjoy our visits to Dad and love how he is now attending our service user clubs. As you say, we have been looking after Dad for a while now and you both have become part of our extended family. I will pass on your gratitude to the staff. Thank you again.
My sister has C.O.P.D. and struggles with daily tasks. The care she has been given is exceptional, she has been treated with dignity and compassion and looks upon her carers as such important people in her life. The improvement in her mental health has been remarkable, thank you so much.
Thank you for taking time to review our service. We are so happy to have received a 5+ review with a glowing recommendation. We will be sure to share this with the team. Thank you again, from all the team at Pride.
Pride Home Care even put on extra staff when I needed it.
The girls even messaged me when I was away to keep me updated on Dad's progress.
Thank you for leaving a 5 + review on our service. I'm delighted to read that communication is robust and effective with regards to staff communicating Dad's progress and that the office has been very accommodating for you. I will be sure to share this glowing review with Dad's carers.
When the odd problem arises it is dealt with efficiently and we are made to feel valued as a family.
Dad requires regular times for his 4 visits a day due to his catheter care.
I am happy if Dad's happy - which he is.
I wholeheartedly recommend Pride Homecare for their friendly and trustworthy service and thank all the staff and management for their excellence.
On the whole, the care is excellent. Times of visiting us are erratic, which is difficult regarding medication. Would like to have the rota back so we can plan accordingly. Especially when the trauma team visit in week, plus sorting medication times. The carers are very good apart from a few youngsters who need more tutoring.
Pride Home Care have been looking after my mum for a long time now and I really would be lost without them. My Mum calls them the purple angels and they really are just that - Angels. My Mum is really looked after and the carers always take time and go above and beyond and always pay attention to appearances like doing her makeup and her hair and its things like that that makes Pride Home Care stand out from the others. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is looking for care for their parents.
Need improvement.
They are always on time & happy to help with any questions. We would definitely recommend them!
I personally used Pride Home Care's services when I returned home from an unplanned stay in hospital back in the Autumn of 2019. The service was first class which left us without question who to use more latterly when an elderly family member needed support. After a spell in hospital, followed by respite care within a care home, our relative moved to an independent living complex where external care is provided. We contacted Pride Home Care who immediately put together a care package in response to his needs. The team comes in on daily basis and provides personal care and prepares a hot evening meal and drinks, plus a light breakfast and make sandwiches in readiness for lunchtime. It's great to have a small team that alternates visits so he sees different faces over the course of the week and listens and interacts and converses with them. If changes or additions are required for his care or day-to-day living, the senior care or management team are only a phone call away.
Very caring and friendly. The client always looks forward to their visits. As well as providing excellent care for the client they also give support to her partner which he is very grateful for. Would definitely recommend.
From timekeeping to preparing food. My dad has dementia, so was unaware.
There are lots of mistakes that over time caused a lot of issues that made it difficult to speak with management who were quite abrupt at times.
I would say that a few of the carers were brilliant.
Pride Home Care is saddened to hear of your findings for our service provision to your father. We felt that we had worked with yourself to resolve any issues that you experienced for your father regarding our care. We believe that we kept you up to date at all times with regular communication...
Pride Home Care were the second team of carers for my late father. They coordinated with me. They understood his issues, they totally supported him and me right up to the end. Thank you so much to the manager. I will forever feel grateful. You helped me keep him where he wanted to be, and you know how much you helped at the end. Thank you.
Pride Homecare supported me in taking care of my Father at home following a major stroke in February 2020 until he sadly passed away in August 2020. I can honestly say they became like family to us and still are. Their standard of care is amazing but more than that they really do put people first. Not only my Father but me and my family living through the situation as well. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. We had tried another national company before them but I am so glad I had the courage to switch as the difference was life-changing. A hugely difficult time for our family was made so much easier because they were there and they really care in all senses of the word. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best, most respectful care for their family member.
