Wonderful service to Mum in her home. We found all carers and management team very supportive, listened to what we said, and particularly responsive and caring to Mum. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have read all the reviews you will probably recognise this first paragraph, when I read it I found it said everything I wanted to say. I would also like to add that we had a problem with my mother and her medication, they were absolutely great and sorted the problem out very quickly.
Pride Home Care visited my father twice daily (and more by request of a phone call as necessary). They are all very nice, professional, skilled, cheerful and respectful people, who really care. They also take time to connect and have a conversation. I sincerely recommend them.
We've had a couple of hiccups which once brought to manager or owners attention, issues are resolved promptly, personally and without fuss.
Communication is clear and purposeful.
Inevitably there has to be changes to staff or rotas but this agency really do keep it to a minimum and maintain continuity.
In a market which in reality does not offer people a lot of quality and choice, they are a beacon that outshines others.
We are really very very satisfied for all that Pride Home Care does for us both. We do thank for that really lovely human touch. We would have no hesitation to recommend Pride Home Care to everyone and sure lots of people would be very happy to have your wonderful care and assistance. Thank you all.
Pride are a very professional organisation. Their staff are very friendly, well-trained and present themselves in smart uniforms and always follow the guidelines for care during the covid19 pandemic. They have proved to be very reliable and really listen to their client's needs and do their best to supply the care which the client requests. If you contact them by phone they listen to your problem and act on it in a positive way without making the client feel they are a burden. Highly recommended.
I have already highly recommended this company to my friends and family. Thank you all at Pride!
Wonderful service to Mum in her home. We found all carers and management team very supportive, listened to what we said, and particularly responsive and caring to Mum. I cannot recommend them highly enough; something we couldn't always do with previous caring teams.
I feel it is pertinent to confirm that Pride Care displays outstanding levels of care, sensitivity and a strong partnership approach. I unreservedly recommend them as all team members highlight the importance of recognising and respecting the requirements of the individual ie the person they care for. The whole ethos is demonstrated via management- medical organisation – Care Plans- team members to support and respect the needs of the individual. Continuity is provided by regular times, familiar carers and careful organisation via the strong overall planning and care/support of very friendly staff with this strong feeling of kindness. I am wholly impressed by every aspect and detail which has brought both increased calm and happiness to my mother to reflect her changing needs. This process has complimented and respected the needs of the care that we the family can provide thus making Mum’s life both happy and meaningful!
My mother has been through some care companies - six or seven of them - and I can say without any hesitation that Pride Home Care is the best care company we could have wished for. The carers from Pride are second to none and I never worry about my Mum if I know they're coming in. Mum's not an easy person sometimes... but the carers treat her with professionalism, respect, understanding and a touch humour. In my opinion, and having seen some of what other companies are offering care-wise, Pride Home Care sets the standard by which all other care companies should be judged. Trustworthy, exemplary service... I really can't speak highly enough of them.
Giving a level of care and service above and beyond that which was expected. Exceptional care and attention. Very pleased and grateful.
My father really looks forward to the visits from Pride caregivers. They are kind, cheerful and professional.
I have found management and carers very professional caring and understanding in all aspects of my needs. They are all kind, thoughtful and cheerful all the time and I look forward to every call.
Excellent service throughout. The best provider we have ever used.
Excellent in all areas.
