What can I say, utterly superb company. From my first (must say nervous) call to coming home, they have been beyond professional. I had to travel due to work, so after a recommendation gave the office a ring to see if they could do respite care for my father, one lady was wonderful. Met with her and
the manager, and I was laughing, my dad seemed happy. so I went ahead, had daily updates, daily feedback, plans for all occasions in place before I left. Could not recommend highly. Gave me a profile of the carer looking after my dad for me to decide if it was right for me. Would use them warm-heartedly again and again. After this, I think I may have a holiday and let Unity Plus look after my dad again. Thanks, guys, you’re not just a care service, you are care heroes.

Unity Plus responded very quickly and efficiently to a request I had to assist with covering care for my husband who had just recently been discharged from hospital. The cover was required as I need to visit family in an emergency. I received support for the weekend I was away and was extremely pleased
with the care and attention given to my husband. He also was very happy and felt secure whilst the carer stayed with him for a couple of days. I would highly recommend this service. I was especially pleased with the prompt availability and they did everything that was requested.

Having had issues with previous care providers regarding my father-in-law's care due to his dementia, I contacted Unity Plus and was very impressed with them from the initial contact to the excellent care they provided over the weekend. The owners completed an assessment and were able to help. The caregiver
turned up early and was very confident with my father in law putting us at ease. We went over his routine and the caregiver took everything in. The company has an app for your phone which gives real-time information from taking medication to how much he had for lunch which was brilliant. When we returned my father-in-law was happy and content. This is a new company but both managers come from the care service (I asked lots of questions not just about the carers but about the managers) and their staff did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. To leave a loved one in someone’s care was a massive step but after this, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would rate 10 out of 10.
