Lovely staff. Extremely reliable so far which is amazing. All staff have been friendly and attentive to my son. The management staff are so prompt to respond and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

Care and attention from all hospital staff was excellent. The consultant, Nick, made me feel confident I had chosen well from the initial consultation. The procedure went well and Nick was great post, explaining clearly what had been done and how to manage recovery. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team.

I look forward to seeing all the members of your staff. They are always happy and helpful and I enjoy their company.

He has now gone into a care home, and I hope he gets the same care there as he had at home.

I have used Alpha Health care for 3 months. As a first time user of carers, I am very pleased with the services provided. I am helped with care, dignity and understanding. Staff usually arrive on time, the one time they were late I was telephoned in advance which put my mind at ease. Staff are aware of the pain in right side of my body and take extra care when assisting me. I am very pleased with the service I receive and will be pleased to recommend Alpha Health to other people.

My husband required support for 7 months and Alpha was assigned to do his care. During that time I found them all to be very friendly and professional through the time of his care. I would thoroughly recommend Alpha team.

Overall we have been very pleased with the care given to our dad. All the carers have treated Dad with kindness and dignity. If any problems arise they contact us immediately. They all go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Communication between the carers and the management team with ourselves is excellent. We as a family have become attached and fully appreciate that Dad could not be at home without Alpha.
