I can't thank Alpha Health Care enough. My husband has vascular dementia, and they sent the same carers every day, so my husband got used to the same faces. They spoke to him all the while they were here.
He has now gone into a care home, and I hope he gets the same care there as he had at home.

I have used Alpha Health care for 3 months. As a first time user of carers, I am very pleased with the services provided. I am helped with care, dignity and understanding. Staff usually arrive on time, the one time they were late I was telephoned in advance which put my mind at ease. Staff are aware of the pain in right side of my body and take extra care when assisting me. I am very pleased with the service I receive and will be pleased to recommend Alpha Health to other people.

Planning of care activities was explained clearly and there is evidence of the ability to continue providing high levels of care. It has been easy to get hold of managers for any queries especially as our family were comparing services offered by a few selected care providers.
