Overall Experience
Fragmented staff, who had to bring in another care provider to do personal care. Was supposed to be on a temporary basis, still doing it two years later.
Staff members have no empathy or compassion, do as little as they can get away with.

1 - Social Work assessment that changed the structure of support to this person, not the organisation . 2 - Concerns about this service user are regularly raised by our employees, to Social Work (lead agency) as well as notifications of concern to the Care Inspectorate (regulation agency). We feel these comments are not reflective of the service we offer and provide this service user.

Had a follow-up call from the Mainstay Trust operations manager, due to the social worker contacting her. Was absolutely appalled at her attitude and level of customer service. Almost every question I asked was answered with I don’t know! After relating that I wasn’t really satisfied with the...
Had a follow-up call from the Mainstay Trust operations manager, due to the social worker contacting her. Was absolutely appalled at her attitude and level of customer service. Almost every question I asked was answered with I don’t know! After relating that I wasn’t really satisfied with the answers I got, she suggested I may like to try another service provider if they could not meet my son's needs.
Good to know after 16 years that is how much clients are valued.
