Amazing carers, we felt safe with the care they gave and our Mum liked them. We are very grateful to all the carers that helped our Mum.

Ideal Care have been the care providers for my mother for just over 3 years. We were so happy with the service they provided and we built up good relationship with the girls who came and helped mum with her needs. They were prompt and always happy to chat and engage with our family. When talking to the manager he was always helpful and kept us informed of any changes. We are sad to see them go but wish them all well for the future. I am happy to recommend Ideal Care Services !

We have used Ideal Care for my dad for over a year now and can not fault their care. Everyone, from the manager to all the carers, has always been kind, respectful and extremely helpful. My dad, and mum, grew to look forward to their visits and they were always gentle, kind and allowed my dad to still have dignity in spite of the personal care he needed. They cared for him right up until the day he died. We literally could not have managed without them. And we can not recommend them highly enough.

My Mother was very happy the the service your company provided..it was indispensable. She couldn't have got through any day without it..every morning, afternoon and evening it was very important to her.

Ideal Care had been visiting my mother for the last 2 years, although it was a bit of a challenge for the carers to begin with, as my mother had been fiercely independent and was not really engaging with the help provided, things did settle down, and mum got into the groove, as much as she would allow! Throughout, we were in regular contact with the office, who were very supportive and understanding with my sometimes endless requests (sorry), and on a number of occasions we would bump into the carers who were very kind and patient with my mother. We had the most contact with one carer, who was lovely, and always brought a smile to my mum's face, and on behalf of our family would like to thank all the lovely staff at Ideal Care for all their help provided.

We are truly grateful for the support you offered, and for the compassionate way you treated our dad. Your team made a significant difference, and we will always be thankful for your help. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you all went above and beyond to help us. Your management team was always on hand to talk to and made things so easy for us all. We appreciate you all so much!

Excellent care from start to finish over a period of 4 months for my terminally ill mum, very professional, compassionate and caring team. I'd like to thank three particular members of staff specifically who showed such patience and commitment to make sure my mum's final months were as comfortable as possible, and another staff member who was such a professional. I'd recommend this company.

Ideal Care Services took over the care visits for my mother who had Alzheimer's and was end of life. The carers were very compassionate and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service and wish they had been with us from the beginning.

Congratulations to the management for their carefully selected staff all of their team of carers, with no exception, are varying characters charming and delightful. It is a pleasure to welcome them into our house making a difficult situation more bearable. All of his carers are diligent with their duties carrying them out cheerfully and respectfully. My husband feels safe in their hands and his spirit lifts in the team's company, and that pleases me.

Ideal Care Services have been coming in and caring for my elderly mother, who has been totally bed-bound for the last year or so. They have a duo, mostly well known to us, who come four times a day during the week and then we have the same one-to-one carer at the weekends, still with an extra pair of hands coming four times a day too. I often refer to them all as 'angels' - they literally are. They really are all so very patient, kind, attentive and thoughtful. My mother's world turned upside down when she became bedridden, and it took a while for her to get used to them coming. She is a lot happier now, than at the start, but is by no means an easy lady, so it can sometimes be very difficult for the carers, but they manage her mood swings, and trickiness extremely well and are very professional. The managers of the team are also very accessible if I need to adjust things or pass on queries, which is brilliant. We are blessed that we all have their unwavering support wholeheartedly.

The carers have a good relationship with my mother and help her with all her needs. She is very complementary to both the girls who help her. They are both aware of her limitations mobility-wise and are very caring.

We would be very happy to recommend this service.

As a fearlessly independent person, it comes as a shock to have to let in help. It’s not easy but the teams of caregivers have been so generous and gentle with their kindness and professionalism building up a wonderful rapport with some. My father actually looks forward to hearing what’s going on in the outside world from fresh faces learning about new places, cuisines and the like and in turn imparting his knowledge and sometimes finding a common interest. Last night it was a poem from Wordsworth, both had remembered from school days - 60+ years apart - daffodils the topic but normally sports is a hit. I can’t thank the teams enough, not only have they helped my dad but they have allowed me to be the daughter again.

One gentleman was an extremely pleasant person, who my husband really liked.

Wonderful care from the carers. They all appeared on time and looked after our son with care and dignity. They also supported my husband and I through this difficult time. Well done to Ideal Care.

Time and time again, Ideal Care Services have gone beyond their required duties to help Mum and to reassure me and my brother that she’s in safe hands and being well looked after. The service is friendly and professional, from the visiting carers to the managers. I would recommend them.

The next visit was 1 pm, they arrived didn't give my mother her medication, didn't empty the commode, were here for 12 minutes.

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with the carers at Ideal. The manager has been an exceptionally empathetic, kind, flexible and understanding manager, and the carers have been brilliant not just with their expertise in handling my father’s stoma care and personal hygiene but as compassionate partners in his care. I wholeheartedly recommend this team.
