The care my parents received from the live-in carer and her supervisor was very caring, compassionate and professional. They communicated with the family well and treated my parents with dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. It was difficult for my parents to accept that they needed live-in help
but the team made the transition as easy as possible for them. They were friendly and welcoming to family and friends when they called to visit the parents.
I honestly can't say if the care is value for money as I have nothing to compare with.

My carer, did a great job looking after me and helping me transition from hospital back to living at home. He always had a smile on his face and nothing was too much bother. He was also very kind and always had a positive attitude. He was also happy to change the times he came in to fit in with my hospital
appointments.
