More consistency as we never know who is coming otherwise good service provided. The same person each day would be more consistent as with Alzheimer's it can be confusing a different person each day

the team has been wonderful in helping and guiding me and my family through a difficult time with my mum, and I can't thank and praise them enough.


the company is extremely responsive and caring which seems an obvious thing to say, but there is being a carer and then being really caring!

Agency organisations are always responsive to changing care needs. The individual carers who support my mother are always upbeat but appropriate to Mother's needs and health developments on a daily basis. The family are delighted with Always There and the support offered over several years.

The girls are very hard working always with a smile as soon as they walk in into my mother's and make you happy because Mum feels relaxed and understands her needs.
They always help us and offer good advice to make Mum's life a little easier for her and us too whether she feels unwell and it’s true
they are always there because they care for my mum and us too.
My brother and I are happy with the service you give to my mum you treat her with respect and kindness too and to the family what more could we ask for so special thanks to four staff members in particular for your care to our mum she is so happy with you ladies.
She always looks forward to seeing you and that speaks for itself we see you next week.

My mum has received the most excellent service from all the staff at Always There. All the ladies that cared for Mum to deliver palliative care were the most caring. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient carers I have ever come across. There offered support to not only my mum but to myself and my
sister as well, they treated my mum with the utmost respect and she died a dignified death due to their care. These ladies are a rare breed who display the most genuine compassion. Thank you.

For many elderly people, independence is cherished and good carers make this possible. No one wants to go into a care home and exchange a house full of memories and familiarity for a small room identical to all the others. Nor do people who have helped and supported relatives throughout their lives
find it easy to be the one who needs help. A reliable, kind, and professional carer affords the elderly the dignity and privacy they crave and it is a job that demands multiple skills and patience.

I have worked in Care for over 5 years and have worked for "Always There Domiciliary and Live-in Care" for coming up to a year. In my previous jobs, I felt they were very monotonous and unrewarding. In Care, you can actually come home at the end of the day knowing you have made a difference to someone's day. I was welcomed with open arms when I started working for "Always There" and that same level of support has continued throughout the period of time I have worked here.
