More consistency as we never know who is coming otherwise good service provided. The same person each day would be more consistent as with Alzheimer's it can be confusing a different person each day

My mum has received the most excellent service from all the staff at Always There. All the ladies that cared for Mum to deliver palliative care were the most caring. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient carers I have ever come across. There offered support to not only my mum but to myself and my sister as well, they treated my mum with the utmost respect and she died a dignified death due to their care. These ladies are a rare breed who display the most genuine compassion. Thank you.
