Brightening Lives Ltd

Brightening Lives recently took over the care package for our disabled son who has complex medical health issues in addition to autism and severe learning difficulties. We have had care in the home for some years and the previous provider was excellent until they were acquired by another organisation. This was not a great experience and we requested the care provider was changed - at the same time the care provider withdrew this type of service. Brightening Lives visited us, ensured they had all the background information and seamlessly transferred two members of the care team over, recruited a new carer and put in place a comprehensive infrastructure to ensure our son's well-being. Very proactive communication especially mitigating the various risks associated with Covid-19 and also agreeing on certain protocols within the home environment. Our experience to date is that Brightening Lives are an efficient provider of care, coupled with a hands-on, commonsense approach to the task.

We would highly recommend Brightening Lives as a care provider, their service has been outstanding both in care and communication. Our son thinks a lot of his carers and can't wait for them to visit. They have become an extension of our family.
