This was after an issue with another care provider. The manager and her staff were able to attend to me within 15 minutes of a stated time. My time was 8.45 and if the carers were going to be late the manager would be there on her way to the office.
My care included all personal care and breakfast to start with encouraging self-care which I achieved in 12 months. Then 15 months of domestic care.
All new staff were always introduced to me before attending on their own.
I can now care for myself and don't require SOS to provide my care . I will however point anyone in the manager's direction for care. Should I need care again I would not hesitate to return to SOS for care should I need it again.
Thank you for your kind review. We are happy that we could help you and now you don't need the extra help at all. We hope you continue in this way. Thank you.
Just wanted to write a quick review to highlight the amazing job you all did for our late dad. Since he began with SOS back in October 2023, our dad was cared for with dignity and respect, as well as a deep and genuine level of understanding of the rare condition he had. You were all very good at keeping his spirits up and you brought out his sense of humour which was amazing. When the 24-hour care at home began, we were blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism shown by all of your team. You allowed me and my sister to take a step back and enjoy our time with our dad rather than constantly care for him which made a huge difference. We will always be eternally grateful for how you cared for our dad in his last days, we take great comfort knowing he was comfortable, safe and in the environment he wished to be in. Thank you for everything.
It was a pleasure to help look after your dad. We appreciate your feedback and review. We are glad that you and your sister were able to step back and enjoy time with your dad. Thank you for your lovely review.
My mum has received care in her own home from SOS for the last two years. We have both always found the carers to be kind, helpful, respectful and efficient. The office staff are responsive and sympathetic and will do whatever they can to facilitate the client's wants and needs.
Thank you for your kind review! We are happy your mum has received the care she needs and are happy with the carers.
I have been with SOS Homecare for 3 years in April, they are the best company I have been with prior to having several companies and having to leave them through no issues of my own. They treat you with respect, they go above and beyond, carers and office staff included. We are all like a little family and treated with respect. Keep up the good work team.
Thank you for your kind review. The team work really hard and enjoy the work they do.
SOS has supported our son for a few years now. They take him out to craft groups and meals out or swimming or just for a brew and a chat. They are a lovely caring company. My son loves his time with them. They are so good with him. Very patient and understanding of his needs. I am so glad that we chose to use them as other providers had not met my expectations.
Thank you for your kind words. We are really proud of the work we do and could not be happier that you are happy with the support for your son.

Meet the Team (3)
I joined SOS Homecare in 2013 as a care worker in Crewe. I have since progressed to Senior Carer in 2021 and now Care Coordinator in 2022. I have accrued a wealth of experience in the Care Industry, working in it since 2001. I find it to be the most rewarding job anyone can do. I have achieved my NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. I have worked alongside the Registered Manager of Crewe for over 10 years. I am lucky to be part of an inclusive team that has been nothing but supportive in my personal development, and I can't wait to see what more I can do within the company. Most recently, in February 2025, I was successful in becoming the Registered Manager of the Crewe branch.
SOS Homecare was my first role in domiciliary care. I have been with the company for around 3 years, and in this time I have progressed from Carer to Senior Carer, to Care Coordinator. I have also completed my Level 3 diploma. I am loving working for SOS and the opportunities that I have had. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for my time here.
I started working for SOS Homecare in 2020, when I moved from an extra-care scheme in Crewe. I have been working in the office as a Care Coordinator since December 2025.
