We have been very pleased with the care and support provided by this company. While there were a few teething issues when the service first started, management listened to our concerns, intervened promptly, and resolved everything quickly and professionally.
One aspect we particularly appreciate is their commitment to continuity of care. They make every effort to ensure Mum is supported by the same carer whenever possible, which has been a tremendous help in building trust, familiarity, and comfort.
The carers themselves are kind, reliable, and professional. They are always happy to wear PPE, which is extremely important to us in ensuring Mum's safety and wellbeing. This is something we value greatly, especially as we have had negative experiences in the past with other care providers where PPE requirements were not always taken seriously.
Overall, we have found the service to be caring, responsive, and well managed. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other families.
