All new staff were always introduced to me before attending on their own.
I can now care for myself and don't require SOS to provide my care . I will however point anyone in the manager's direction for care. Should I need care again I would not hesitate to return to SOS for care should I need it again.

I have an app that shows me what’s happened at each visit and how my sister-in-law is feeling on that day. Very good reliable company.

Any concerns they have about my dad are always quickly raised with us which gives us peace of mind. The app is also very useful to help us to see who is scheduled to visit, the times they are due and then details on what has happened during each visit.

I have also rung the office and found the staff to be most helpful solving any issues I have had with both empathy and speed. The few times I have rung the out-of-hours service, this has been picked up within a couple of rings and again issues have been solved courteously.
No hesitation in recommending SOS.
