I feel that as a client I have loved SOS Homecare and there carers the office staff do listen to me in a way when I have issues they deal with the issues as quickly as possible its just recently that I feel that if staff are off ill they have decided that a certain carer who I asked to be stopped for the timing of the carer and to not send the Carer again the issue was that are not doing the full time with me as a client Carer who comes and does 10 minutes long when my period for carers to attend is 30 minutes they was stopped and Im now being given that Carer again Im not sure how this happened but apart from that issue everything else is great and no other issues
Thank you for your honest review Sandra. I have passed on the information to the local branch and this will get rectified for you. As an organisation we do encourage all staff to ensure they stay the call times so I will make sure this gets addressed.
