Azure Care supports adults across Medway to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. The team focuses on care that is kind, consistent and centred around the person, so every individual is supported with dignity and respect.

Azure Care is rated Outstanding overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In the December 2025 inspection report, the service was also rated Outstanding for Caring and Outstanding for Effective. Based on CQC ratings published at that time, Azure Care is the only home care provider in Medway with an Overall Outstanding rating as at December 2025.

Support is thoughtfully shaped around what matters to each person, whether that is help with personal care, medication, meals, companionship, dementia care, complex care, live in care or returning home after a hospital stay. The aim is always to help people feel safe, valued and at ease in familiar surroundings.

Families often say that what makes Azure Care different is the warmth and reliability of the team. Wherever possible, clients see the same small group of carers, so real relationships are built over time. Carers are chosen for their compassion as well as their skills and they receive ongoing training and supervision so that care remains safe, consistent and professional.

Azure Care works closely with health and social care professionals so that support adapts as needs change. Care plans are reviewed regularly and families are kept informed, helping to provide genuine peace of mind.

At the heart of Azure Care is a simple belief. Care should feel human. Every person deserves patience, kindness and the chance to live well at home for as long as possible.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Having been contacted via Facebook after a rant at how bad the local Social Services are in my father's area, my father had a visit the very next day to assess his needs. Very friendly, approachable and professional at all times. My father immediately signed up for some help and visits. Azure Care are
so very reliable, flexible to their clients' needs and go the extra mile whenever they can. Washing, ironing, cleaning, cooking, shopping, or collecting a take out, nothing is too much trouble. Our family uses the mobile app to see what has been done at our father's request and find it very reassuring that his health is always commented and documented on arrival and as leaving. Being 88, disabled, and living alone, I have certainly noticed a difference in his mood which is great. No hesitation whatsoever on recommending to anyone who needs assistance.
Reply from Kiran Gill, Director at Azure CareThank you so much for your kind feedback. On behalf of the team, we're absolutely humbled and delighted that we have made a positive impact on your father and his wellbeing. We believe in caring from the heart, and we're so happy that you and your father have felt this difference. Thank you.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.7 (9.716) out of 10 for Azure Care is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 10 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 10 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.966 for Azure Care is calculated as follows: ( (57 Excellents x 5) + (2 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 59 Ratings = 4.966
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.5 Points for the second and third Positive Reviews, 0.25 Points for each of the next two Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.05, 7th = 0.05, 8th = 0.05, 9th = 0.05, 10th = 0.05, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Azure Care is based on 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 = 4.75
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
