To have the support of carer for my husband is beneficial to allow me to have time to myself knowing my husband is being cared for. Carers have been kind and understanding. My husband bonds with them really well as they know how to cope with situations wich may arise each week.

Diamond staff are fabulous with my dad. Their support has greatly helped both my dad and myself, giving me peace of mind and extra support for appointments and correspondence. Dad has developed a good relationship with the staff and looks forward to the visits.

Diamond Home Assist, Has been a excellent support to myself and my mother-in-law. They have treated my mother-in-law with the most respect and dignity. My review was a fantastic experience which covered all the main points of my support. I value my support from Diamond as I enjoy chatting to the staff while they are completing the house hold tasks.

I started using Diamond in September and can honestly say it has changed the quality of my life. I am currently housebound, severely obese and disabled. Life before Diamond was hard just doing normal daily tasks like making coffee, dinner and doing washing etc was nearly impossible. Diamond has taken over these tasks and also helped with my mental health by listening to and supporting me on a daily basis. I am so happy I found them and look forward to a better life ahead.

Great friendly service in the people you can trust. Diamond helped me in having respite and taking my Mum out on trips to the cafe to socialise. Diamond and her carers are warm people, which is refreshing to see. Can recommend them. Keep up the great work.

The carers from this company look after my Mother’s social care needs as well as keeping the house clean. Mum will be 100 in August and the care she receives allows her to remain in her own home. The ladies are all very kind and flexible allowing for her needs to be met as she requires and not in a rigid way. It allows her to feel she has an element of control over her life. The reports are informative and allow me to react to any issues promptly.

The support from Diamond makes me happy because I get to do things I would otherwise be unable to do. I enjoy my time with the girls as they are very understanding and I love my girly days. Happy with the service.

Diamond looked after my aunt until a few weeks ago when she, unfortunately, went into 24/7 care. Living so far away it was amazing to know the girls were going in daily to ensure she was OK and had eaten. Once home from work, I checked the app and instantly got updated on how she had been. I do not think she would have stayed at home this long without them.

Fantastic company, the girls are amazing and friendly. My grandma loves the company and spending time with the girls. It gives my family great peace of mind knowing they are going in to visit my grandma.

My support worker is so supportive and she understands me so well. She kept me going mentally for months until my health got gradually better. I’m now going through new challenges and she’s been by my side again. Nothing is too much for her. She’s more than a diamond to me.

I like all the people from Diamond Home Assist who help me. I trust them and I rely on them. If a home support person cannot come to my flat when they said they would they always let me know. I feel that I can talk to the staff about personal things which are important to me and they have my best interests at heart.

The management team are easy to approach and supportive. I have been with Diamond Home Assist for a number of years and the support workers are all very supportive. I look forward to the support worker coming each week to support me with household tasks and a chat. I could not do without their support keeping myself as independent as possible. Diamond Home Assist have good support workers and management team with regular reviews.

I have domestic assistance as a carer to free up time for myself and quality time with my disabled husband. The girls are always friendly, punctual and efficient and a pleasure to have in my home on a 4 weekly basis.

Every support worker arrives on time. If they are delayed I receive a call or text letting me know. The support workers know my routine and are very efficient at putting me on my exercise machine. All support workers treat me with respect and understand my limitations.
