Care Cover

The care provided by this agency is second to none! Despite this being a very difficult time in our lives, due to the high level of care and compassion this agency has shown to me and my family, I felt compelled to write a review. Care Cover have been providing care for both my mum and my son in my home for the last few months. The agency manager is wonderful and the staff are the same. They really listen to what is needed and take the time to get to know their patients. They are patient, kind, caring and understanding. They do not rush their visits, if it's an hour visit then they stay the full hour (more if needed) and nothing is too much trouble. These last 12 months have been nothing short of horrific for my family but Care Cover have made it bearable - more than that, they have kept us all going. Thank you!
