Every time the carers from Magna Homecare visited my dad they provided excellent, quality and individualized care. Their willingness to engage with him and really get to know him was impressive, and indicative of the caring natures of the individuals concerned. I can honestly say that every time the carers from Magna Homecare visited my dad, they went above and beyond what they were required to do, without question or a second thought. My dad very quickly felt safe in their care, and he also felt valued and respected. Communication from Magna Homecare to myself was amazing, and I was given more feedback than I expected, in a very effective, warm and caring manner. As my dad's condition deteriorated, they continued to meet his increasing and more complex needs, while also providing caring support and reassurance to my mum. I couldn't recommend Magna Homecare more highly, and should the need ever arise again, I would use them like a shot. Thank you Magna from the bottom of my heart.
