Overall Experience
My dads carers from Serene Home Care, are wonderful at what they do. They have given my dad the confidence to take care of himself more, attend his activities and socialise better. I could not be any more thankful. As a daughter living far away from her parent, I am grateful to know that my dad is in great professional, kind and safe hands and will continue to be. The carers are a reflection of the amazing management team behind them who have been more than helpful being able to accommodate all our needs and requirements. Thank you Serene team!

Overall Experience
I was overall very satisfied with the service. The staff were extremely friendly and made my mother feel welcomed and comfortable. She was quite nervous at first, but they helped put her at ease. They offer excellent care and take the time to go through a support plan to ensure your loved ones are well looked after.

Overall Experience
The team at Serene care were very attentive with my grandmother. They were willing to accommodate my last minute request to move the client appointment. They have built a great rapport with my grandmother and they do a brilliant job in helping her when she is the most vulnerable.
