- Weekly Live-in Care Fees: £1,750 - £2,050
*Specialised Care* means any complex care requirements such as PEG feeding, stoma care, catheter care, and other conditions. This rate can also apply where care needs are higher, there is overlap of two clients, or carers are not able to take structured, regular breaks and are paid overtime.
