Avenue Care Services - Perth

Without Avenue Care, my Mum would not be living independently. She has a good relationship with most people but particularly one staff member. She is very calm and kind, which helps Mum who has anxiety sometimes arising from her dementia.

Carers arrive four times a day. They attend to my mothers needs and do a good job. With the regular carers everything goes really smoothly.

I appreciate receiving the weekly rota of carers who are due to come but a bit disappointed not to receive updates when there are changes to who will turn up. My only misgivings are the very few carers who have obviously had a cigarette or two before coming in to my home

Constantly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Avenue care staff. They treat my mum very well, going out of their way to make sure she is cared for and attended to.

Management are easy to reach and helpful also.

I WISH AVENUE THE VERY BEST TO CONTINUE WITH THESE SERVICES.
