Service provided by individual carers has been very good.

The carers that visit my mum and dad cannot do enough for them they come in every day with a big smile and make my parents feel special and cared for, nothing is too much for them, if my parents ask them to do something it is always answered with a yes.

Cannot praise staff enough. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and constantly provide me with feedback - especially any changes they observe - demonstrating their familiarity with their client and his numerous health issues.

All the careers who visit my mother are very professional but also very personal they get to know my mother and her needs she loves their chats and never feels rushed .the family can't thank them enough for the genuine care they give her .out dad had dementia and they always acknowledge him even if sometimes he ignores them .the are truly worth their weight in gold .please pass on that last comment to the wages department. Thanks .

The way he is treated shows that they have taken the time to understand him and I believe they have his best interests at heart.

When mum came to using JKL she was upset but she got used to the girls and likes most of them - some she was not sure of and is still the same as they still do not talk to her and she likes to talk so she just says to them can they not talk.

Excellent timekeeping. Continuity of staff helps greatly. More time would be beneficial but understanding social work needs to authorise this.

JKL care services provide an excellent service for my mother. Every carer who comes into my mother's house is friendly, and caring and treats her with the utmost respect. They ensure she is cared for and provide a friendly manner which makes my mother feel very comfortable. They report any concerns to me and their manager who provides excellent support.

This care company goes above and beyond for their service users, the staff are great with my mum and are kind and caring. The service that they provide is excellent. We couldn't be without them. And Mum looks forward to their visits.

My husband's carers are professional and give him the dignity l expect for my loved one. The carers also consider my health and early in the morning they make as little noise as possible, so l can have my rest which l appreciate very much.

The staff answers calls and emails without delay and will make suggestions for her care to make her more comfortable.

All carers in attendance are pleasant, approachable, kind and ever so caring in performing their duties.

I had to arrange it at such short notice and I live in England. From the first call to the last carer was a pleasure and relieved us of so much worry and stress. Thank you all regards.
