JKL Care Services is a family-owned home care and housing support/social support service that provides tailored services to you or your loved one.

An established registered domiciliary care service which has been running since 2019, the team aim to combat social isolation and social exclusion within the communities of North and South Lanarkshire, supporting people live their lives to their fullest with both assistance and love.

Just Keep Loving is the team's motto and promise. Graded 5 by the Care Inspectorate in October 2022, the team provide efficient and effective support from advice right through to palliative care.

JKL provides a high quality service that is personalised to your needs and wishes. Your care can include domiciliary care, specific personal care, social support, companionship or housing support services. Your care is tailored to you and with focus on person-centred support, care packages are constantly reviewed to make sure you receive the best personalised support you require. This tailored support can be anything you or your loved one need and your plan will be put together with yourself and JKL's experts' knowledge to create an effective package that accommodates your requirements and puts you in control.

The team at JKL recognise the importance of family so as an organisation they value colleagues and service users together. They host a number of JKL family days and events throughout the year which aim to provide service users with an opportunity to reintegrate back into society and battle social isolation.

All the careers who visit my mother are very professional but also very personal they get to know my mother and her needs she loves their chats and never feels rushed .the family can't thank them enough for the genuine care they give her .out dad had dementia and they always acknowledge him even if
sometimes he ignores them .the are truly worth their weight in gold .please pass on that last comment to the wages department. Thanks .

My mum started with carers in Jan 25. We are both happy with care and attention she gets all the girls are lovely and can't do enough for her.
I have noticed if she's a bit down or unsettled they always manage to cheer her up & get a laugh out of her which is great.
I myself are very grateful to them
as I know she is well cared for and nothing is a bother to them.
I also think that getting a weekly e-mail telling me which carers she will have is great.

JKL started caring for my husband Oct 24, since then his health has deteriorated but the care provided has been excellent.
From the owner of the company, supervisor's and especially the carers they have all been wonderful, they even take into consideration my health and wellbeing which is very much
appreciated.
Any problems, they quickly find a solution.
Thanks to you all for treating my husband with compassion, dignity and respect!!

Carers treat my father as an individual and can see that they have taken time to get to know him, instead of just a face.
The way he is treated shows that they have taken the time to understand him and I believe they have his best interests at heart.

Support workers are all good except one who only attends on emergency cover.
Excellent timekeeping. Continuity of staff helps greatly. More time would be beneficial but understanding social work needs to authorise this.

When mum came to using JKL she was upset but she got used to the girls and likes most of them - some she was not sure of and is still the same as they still do not talk to her and she likes to talk so she just says to them can they not talk.

JKL care services provide an excellent service for my mother. Every carer who comes into my mother's house is friendly, and caring and treats her with the utmost respect. They ensure she is cared for and provide a friendly manner which makes my mother feel very comfortable. They report any concerns

I am delighted with the service from JKL. I have one question, on the 30-minute visits the carers can be in 10-15 minutes max is there any opportunity for me to ask them to sit while I go upstairs and make the bed etc? They sometimes sit for me to go and wash my hair or get changed.

My husband's carers are professional and give him the dignity l expect for my loved one. The carers also consider my health and early in the morning they make as little noise as possible, so l can have my rest which l appreciate very much.

We couldn't ask for more attentive and compassionate care for my aunt, they genuinely care about her and her well-being and nothing is too much trouble if asked.
The staff answers calls and emails without delay and will make suggestions for her care to make her more comfortable.

All services have been first class with JKL - they have been providing a consistent level of care since 2019 - always informative and eager to help.
I have experienced no issues with any of JKL staff and carers, which is 100% better than previously experienced with other care and care companies.
Don't
know what we would do without them.

Where to start, a massive thank you to all the carers who looked after my 90-year-old mother at such short notice, a full week covered with care, respect, and compassion.
Would recommend it to anyone looking for short or long-term care for a relative.
