Shraz has over seven years of experience in business management and leads Ehsaas Care with a focus on business development, budgeting, and long-term sustainability.

By shaping the operational foundations of Ehsaas Care and overseeing care resources, Shraz plays a vital role in ensuring that the support Ehsaas Care provide is consistent, well-organised, and responsive to individual needs. Through this stability, Shraz helps foster an environment where carer professionals can thrive and service users receive the dignified, personalised care they deserve.

His leadership reflects the belief that conscientious business management is essential to delivering care that is not only compassionate, but also dependable and lasting.

Iqra has over 10 years of experience in the care sector, including six dedicated years with Ehsaas Care.
She began as a care professional, where her empathy and attention to detail quickly earned trust.

Now, as Quality Assurance Manager, she leads with quiet strength, ensuring every service meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and person-centred care.

Iqra oversees internal audits, monitors compliance with regulatory frameworks, and supports teams in refining care plans and documentation. She’s a key figure in safeguarding oversight, helping ensure service users are protected and protocols are followed. Her work is about building systems that reflect the heart of Ehsaas Care: compassion, consistency, and excellence.

Cody has been part of the Ehsaas Care team for over two years and is a dedicated carer who always goes the extra mile for those she supports. Her kind nature and enthusiasm help create a positive atmosphere for both service users and colleagues alike.
