Carers are mostly on time unless there has been a hold-up. They have never missed a call and take time to manage my mother's complex needs. I can always get in touch with the office 24/7. They deal with her pain management through additional medication on bp of her dosette box. They are proactive in getting in touch with family if there's a problem.

My mother received very good care from all the carers that came to assist her during the past 12 months, there was a few teething problems to begin with but the manager sorted these out promptly and if there was any queries these was sorted out quickly as well, I would recommend Wilaade Care Services for your care needs, my mother has now gone into a nursing home so we no longer require the services
Wilaade company is good, always helpful when we need help.
Absolute nightmare. Only had this company for four weeks, 11 no-shows with no phone calls or texts leaving me to ring my daughter for help. They were also told categorically that I had a bulldog with two of her puppies here, yet they keep sending people who won't come in or are stood rigid and no point being here. The only decent one is a lady who is normally in the office. She doesn't like dogs but is ok with them. The stress caused by this company is driving me mad.
Wilaade Care Services had looked after my mother for a number of years up until she sadly passed away in January this year. They were professional but also at the same time, very caring and always came in with a smile and positive attitude which my mother was so happy to see as she was for the last two years mainly housebound. She always looked forward to seeing everyone from Wilaade and was always happy with their support. Thank you for looking after my mother, giving her self-respect and making her life comfortable.
Wilaade has looked after my father very well over the last six months. Their staff are lovely, very friendly and kind and they always raise concerns over his health if they have any. They have also supported him with his walking when in-person NHS physio support was not provided. They have always come - no matter how hard pushed they were for staff in midwinter due to the pandemic. The only issues we have are over timing, with some visits close together whilst others are further apart but I think this is a reflection on Bedford traffic at the moment rather than on them.
Excellent service. The bed is always made up, they maintain my mother to an excellent level of hygiene and she is well fed. They inform me when my mother's medication is low. At all times, they behave in a professional manner and are always friendly. Superb service.
I am very pleased with all the help I receive daily. The carers are always kind and cheerful, they leave me feeling happy and contented with their care.
We embarked on care in the community with some trepidation but needn't have worried. The team provided were kind, caring and totally professional. They brightened up my mothers day and because of them, she could continue living in her own home with their focused help. They were happy and smiling always no matter which shift. They communicated with myself when they had concerns. Very food.
