Infiniti Care

Infiniti Care understand how important it is for our mother to maintain her dignity whilst adjusting to the reality of having others ministering personal care.
Infiniti Care have been able to ensure that a care plan that meet my mother's needs has been compiled and provided by a limited number of 2 carers. This has facilitated the relationship building, continuity of care and person-centered care that has been so important for our mother during her adjustment.
Infiniti Care have ensured that the same 2 carers continued to provide my mother's care throughout the COVID crisis. This has been immensely reassuring for my mother and us as her family and we are extremely grateful to Infiniti Care for their ongoing dedication and support.

We look forward to working with Infiniti Care in the future to continue to meet our mother's care needs.

I am extremely happy with the care provision for my mother which Infiniti Care company are providing.
I make it very clear I am a hands-on daughter and want the best for my mother and I expect the same from you as a carer. We talk, we laugh and we provide comfort to my mum, who has double the disability, not having speech and not being able to stand on her feet but the carries on smiling. Carers are really mindful of keeping her happy, Mum will stick her tongue out to them to tease and they take it in their stride - that makes me happy.
Carers are hard-working, keeping me in the loop with any concern they would face with Mum and keeping their manager informed.

The manager is very dedicated with her client's care provision and delivers the package, keeping our wishes in mind.
