I have found my carers to be very pleasant and helpful. They arrive on time and do an excellent job.

The carers are very good with the care given. They are all kind, polite and knowledgable with their care

My experience overall has been very good, but occasionally a new person will come & not have any knowledge of my home or what is expected of them. This can be difficult for the carer & myself.

My 18 yo daughter has an amazing bunch of PA's (carers). They are always friendly and always take my daughter's complex needs into account. They work really well with her autism and are very understanding when she is too tired to do anything.

They have all become very much needed members of our family and I couldn't praise them enough

Having had a bad experience with a poor level of competency from a previous care provider I am very pleased to say that, although I will always keep a very watchful eye out, I feel comfortable leaving my daughter to be looked after by Blue Angel staff. The care support plan drawn up is very thorough and I was impressed one morning when a 'spot check' was carried out on carers.

Blue Angel Care has been providing Mum's care for over two years now and has been excellent in ensuring well-trained, competent and importantly, sensitive, staff understanding of Mum's needs as she has dementia. They are prompt and have helped me adapt to Mum's needs as her dementia progresses. All staff and management are friendly and have been a huge help in assisting with Mum at home.

The carers are always friendly and treat my husband with care, respect and dignity. They try and inject a sense of fun and light to their visits and never rush to get things done. They always appear to have time.

The care Blue Angel has provided during the past 5 months has enabled my mother to continue living in her long-time home as per her wishes despite living alone and not having any relatives nearby to look after her. The quality of service is excellent and everyone we've met has been professional and friendly. They have helped Mum settle into a routine after a prolonged difficult period. Not only has she had good home care, Blue Angel has accompanied her to medical and dental appointments. They take her out for short daily walks from the house weather permitting. These have helped boost her mood, as have occasional trips out to the cinema and a local garden centre.

I have had the Blue Angels since December 23, and in the main time, 4 times a week up until now. That has been a relatively straightforward hour of "getting up" and showering, and dressing, breakfast. Experience tells with the 'carers' during the 'hour,' but only a couple were a little 'wanting' in their attitudes. Timing is the only grumble, but as long as they can contact us if they are going to be late due to the inevitable traffic - fine! Otherwise very good service!

All the carers have been very helpful, polite and considerate. Also, very good at their job and well trained.
