Ken has been really happy with the care and attention he gets from the carers. He's happy to have them visit daily and help to take care of all his personal needs. If ther is anything extra he needs doing, I can leave a message and they will do it for him. They are kind, attentive and reliable. The management are great in keeping you informed and addressing any queries promptly. I would recommend them to anyone needed care for themselves or family.

Bluebird Care Company were excellent in caring for my husband who has dementia. All the staff and managers were so kind caring and compassionate.they paid attention to detail, always explained to my husband what they were going to do and kept me informed of any issues that arose. They were very punctual and very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them. They didn't just take care of my husband, they also took care of me, always ensuring that I was ok.

It's really useful to have the App so that I can see the care plan, the notes that the carers provide and make contact should there be any issues. Overall, we are really happy with the care being provided and I wish I'd made the change to Bluebird sooner.

One key need is consistency of care staff which Bluebird has tried their utmost to fulfil. This has given essential stability to the care routine and been an absolute blessing to us in caring for our loved ones.

The carers have been punctual, cheerful and helpful. They are respectful and patient with the person who needs care. Only suggestion is less number of different pcarers per client so that you get to know the carers better.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bluebird to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

The carers from Bluebird Care are very professional in checking and recording information about mum so as a family we know exactly what happens at each and every visit. The app is great and easy to use. The office staff are responsive and thorough around care plans and changing information. What is really important is that mum likes each and every carer who visits and she enjoys their company. They prompt her to carry out tasks to allow her to remain in her own home. They've recently started to cook an evening meal for mum which is a huge help.

The team provided excellent care for our mum. Their communication with family was great. A very professional and caring company that we as a family would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for a care provider.

Couldn't be happier with the team at Bluebird Chesterfield over this stressful time. December calls were all on time and my friend was made to feel special on a day when many elderly people have no one. The weight has been lifted from my shoulders with the support that Bluebird has given us. They go above and beyond and care for their clients and treat them with respect. Having not been with Bluebird for very long. They are brilliant. To have the carers here to give me the support I need is very helpful. They are kind and very thoughtful. They take their time in listening to what I have to say and just are fantastic. Bluebird care seems to have a good working plan. I'm blessed with 2 beautiful ladies in the morning. Friendly, kind and very caring.

Right from first contact with Bluebird, they have been friendly and helpful. The carers have been very efficient, very careful and very friendly with my Dad. They are punctual and take time to listen to my Dad - which is very important. They are very good at communicating with me and keeping me up to date with his care. I feel very confidant knowing they are caring for him every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them very highly indeed.
