From our first enquiry Visiting Angels responded promptly, but what really stood out was the time and care they invested in getting to know both our family and most importantly my mum. They took the time to listen and understand her personality, interests, routines, and individual needs. This approach was invaluable in building trust and creating a genuine rapport between my mum and her carer. Entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else is never an easy decision, but from the moment we met my mum's wonderful carer, we felt completely at ease. Their professionalism and genuine compassion gave us total confidence that she was in the very best hands. They consistently go above and beyond in every aspect of her care. Seeing mum happy, relaxed, and smiling has been incredibly reassuring. The team is always flexible, and willing to adapt to my mum's changing needs. Their communication is excellent, and care provided is exceptional, delivered with warmth, dignity, and genuine kindness.

Excellent tailored approach to care-giving. Response times were fast and representatives reassuring. Consistency and communication have been great. I have not been present at all the sessions, but am getting good feedback. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels without hesitation.

This is the second time we have used Visiting Angels, first for mum, back in October 2025 and then mum in law in the last few weeks. Could not fault them on both occasions. Choosing care for a loved one is traumatic enough but the kindness, compassion and understanding from Dillion and Verity went a long way to making the whole process much easier to navigate. No hard sell, just listening and offering solutions to think about. The care was in place as soon as we needed it, and nothing was too much trouble to sort or explain. The carers had been excellent communicating how both mums were getting on, and taking the time to understand their preferences, likes and dislikes and accommodating them. Could not recommend highly enough!

The service has been amazing from the office to the carers. We have two carers who actually Care and my Mum likes having the Ladies here. The office is supporting in allocating at short notice doing Hospital Visits The office Team supported Hospital Discharge in Febuary and supported that to discharge. I feel my mum is in good hands when I am not at home with her Carers they are punctual. It has been a good experiance where I was dubious in getting extra suppprt now I have increased the days. The sudden awareness that care needed for a loved person after unexpected severe illness, a life experience never wanted. On that background we were recommended to Visiting Angels and their CEO Pareg. From the first moment of contact the care and compassion exemplary. A very full assessment of need, discussion of costs and the introduction of a team of highly professional carers made our life circumstance fundamentally better than would otherwise have been the case. I have no hesitation in recommending this marvelous company if care needs of any type required.

Visiting Angels Organization are Simply A 5 Star World Class Team who take care of all Fathers Parkinson's, Dementia and Bladder Cancer issues! Their communication and joined up management is wonderful and they really care about my father and his ongoing health care! Although we briefly used the service we were happy with the care provided. The carer was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The service provided was excellent. We would be happy to use the company in the future should the need arise.

Been very happy with Visiting Angels support with Nan since she d a fall. They have assisted with her needs and accommodated her nuisance's. One member of staff in particular has been very open and honest to deal with nd his guidance invaluable.

Visiting Angels go out of their way to look after aunt. My aunt was resistant to having carers in her home, initially, but now she really appreciates the team; thanks to their kindness and compassion they have won my aunt over! The team of carers, including the supervisor, are excellent communicators. Yesterday my aunt had forgotten her hair appointment and gone out to do some errands. The carer waited for over an hour and her persistance paid out! My aunt returned and they had enough time to get to the hairdressers. Throughout, Visiting Angels and I were in touch. The assessment was thorough, the service is flexible and the client is at the heart of their service.

They go beyond themselves to provide a much needed service.

We have been clients for over six months; our care package has increased over the duration from a few hours a couple of times a week increasing to now almost every day; their quick response and smooth transition have made these changes feel seamless. As a company, they are very flexible, and all of their carers are so kind and compassionate. The speed of their responses to any issues or queries is always excellent, as is their total overall service. A recent event that shows how they stand out exceptionally was when my wife and I were abroad and my father-in-law had to go to hospital by ambulance, with his other daughter his chaperone; as is currently with the NHS, he was triaged and a brain scan booked that night, but they would have to spend 5 hours waiting in the back of the ambulance. Upon hearing of this emergency, a member of Visiting Angels who quite by chance was in their vicinity found them and sorted them food, hot drinks, and warm blankets. So above and beyond the cause. Thank you.

I cannot praise Visiting Angels highly enough. The owner has gone out of his way to help me in these difficult times, he genuinely cares and has offered a fantastic service The carers are wonderful and flexible and will do what needs to be done. I never bother doing reviews but this company really deserves it. Thank you Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels are a very responsive care provider, who put the wellbeing of their client at the heart of what they do. They are very flexible and see the person that they are looking after as their primary concern. They treat my dad like he is a member of their own family in their care of him. I have been very impressed and happy with their care.

The carers at Visiting Angels have always been very flexible, kind, and compassionate, which has been especially important over the past 6 months.

We found ourselves thrown into navigating the need for care at home at short notice when my mother was involved in a car accident. The team at Visiting Angels went out of their way to help us, even though it was Christmas, explaining what we needed to know and do in this new situation. This gave us peace of mind that Mum could safely focus on her recovery at home when she was released from hospital (the timing of which was uncertain and affected by the strike etc). They have been thoughtful, flexible and attentive throughout our care journey, whatever time of day or day of the week. They are always seeking feedback, keen to ensure that everything is going well, and going the extra mile - literally because her location is quite rural. We are very grateful for the great care that Mum has received and which has helped her gradually regain her independence.

I contacted Visiting Angels for my aunt who is elderly and suffering with cancer. I was delighted that they responded so quickly and came to see us the very next morning. We had previously been with another well-known care agency in Oxford, but they had not able to give us the hours we required or respond quickly when her needs increased. Visiting Angels were immediately able to provide the hours we asked for. Within a couple of weeks we needed 24/7 care for her and they had that in place within 24 hours of requesting it. When a carer starts a new shift for the first time, they do the first hour with a team member who shows them the routine. Comprehensive notes are kept so that I am able to know how my aunt is at all times. I now know all the carers and they are very kind, compassionate and attentive to my aunt’s needs. Also, everything is so clean and orderly when I come over. She can have very challenging behaviour but they all handle her with patience and warmth.
