Overall, the service provided by each individual carer was excellent, some carers even asking if there was more they could do; they are really dedicated to their profession and the needs of their client. our only quibble was the changing of visiting times

Overall Experience
We would have scored the overall with five stars but only gave it four because of just one member of staff who was very unsociable and aloof when dealing with our cousin. She had no empathy with the client's condition and couldn't wait to get out of the room once she had given out the medication....
We would have scored the overall with five stars but only gave it four because of just one member of staff who was very unsociable and aloof when dealing with our cousin. She had no empathy with the client's condition and couldn't wait to get out of the room once she had given out the medication. She caused stress and anxiety to our cousin. All other staff are very supportive and friendly and do a splendid job.
