We ensure all our staff are competent, and we are confident all care provided to your son during our engagement were properly in accordance to care plans and risk assessments, importantly with your son, yours, and the social workers involvement. We feel that as a company, we went oabove and beyond to make sure the dynamics of person centred care were provided. We are happy to speak with you to know what areas you wish to address and how you would have preferred our involvement or what as a company we could have changed.
