The care they provide was good, I think they lack communication/understanding, not listen to clients, but they are reasonable on timekeeping. The management/ staff are fair in some areas but need more understanding of people's needs and mental health.

Unique Options were recommended to us after a very bad experience with a different care provider and I have to say the difference in the quality of care, from the outset, was like night and day. They followed the agreed care plan and provided Mum with excellent care, keeping her safe and treating her
with respect and dignity, whilst still allowing her to retain her independence. They kept us fully informed of any concerns and went out of their way to provide the best level of care. When Mum was found on the ground outside, they stayed with her for 5 hours waiting for an ambulance to arrive and updated us constantly. They made a point of learning Mum's interests so that they could engage in meaningful conversations with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Unique Options for providing professional care in a way that felt more personal and caring.
