I have no complaints at all about the carers and the office staff. The carers are kind and efficient. I have trouble understanding some of the carers but that is my fault not theirs.
Pleasant easy to work with and to be around. Always willing to help assist. Patient, mainly cheerful.
Overall, it is a very good service. I do understand it's not possible, but it would be better if we could have the same carer for longer than a day. Apart from that, I am more than happy and very grateful for the carers.
Over the period of a month my mother was supported by two wonderful ladies offering round the clock care. They treated her with respect and kindness and above all patience. My mother was kept safe, well fed and supported with her daily tasks and self care. They helped my mother keep her living space organised and ensured she was receiving the correct medication. They were able to sensitively assess my mother as to her long term needs and offered invaluable feedback that supported her move to a care home. I am incredibly grateful for all their professional support and cheerfulness. I felt confident to leave my mother in their care and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
The ones that are ok with dogs are good those that are scared of dogs don't come as we have 2 dogs that look after me the mum of the house please don't bring people who are scared of dogs.
RM Thank you or your valuable feedback. We will look into this issue that you have highlighted and ensure only those able to handle your needs, need come over.
From the moment the carer arrives to the moment they leave, it's first-class service all the way.
Thank you Kwikfix, you really cared.
I would like to say the lady we had was wonderful, respectful, caring, thoughtful and very attentive. If I could have her for the rest of my mother's time on this planet then I would. My mother has dementia, bless her, resulting from a stroke so names and faces are hard for her, this wonderful woman visited today a week after she left and Mum did remember her, that in itself is a minor miracle. I say all this so you can see that the staff are truly fantastic. Thank you so much.
I had no trouble with the review, in fact I would recommend the company to anybody as all the staff are always helpful and polite.
Carers are excellent. They do a fantastic job. My uncle is well cared for and is clean and tidy. His room is kept clean and polished. His washing is done and he is kept in a safe environment. He has his meals made for him and he is being looked after very well.
Thank you for the appreciation on behalf of the carers. We are pleased that they are doing a splendid job and they will continue to do so as this is what we do.
Sadly my nan passed away in her sleep and carers entered to find her deceased. Ambulance was called and the office was made aware of her passing however, I got a phone call that very same afternoon asking how my nan was.
Office staff were terrible and cannot organise an army of ants.
Emma, Firstly, I'm sorry for the passing of your Nan. I apologise that the experience of care felt less than stellar. I have gone back to my correspondence with you Emma and I emailed you on 8/1/2021 when you expressed your concerns. Kindly remember this was the period of time care providers...
Communication requires to be looked into.
Carers always complaining about their wages not being paid on time, this affects their work.
Spot checks and reviews are not carried out on a regular basis, unless reminded.
Thank you for the review. We shall endeavour to do continuously improve our care service.
Carers are always in a rush and ask to leave early regularly and can be argumentative. Seems they are more interested in getting the job done as quickly as possible and asking to leave early rather than providing my mum with the care needed. Damage to my mums property. The carpet has been damaged. The toilet was blocked and left by carers. Around my mum's bed, there is damage to the walls. General lack of care for my mum's property. Food served to mum is sometimes prepared incorrectly or given to her cold and even once frozen. Washing up by the carers is inadequate. Knife and forks tend to not have been cleaned correctly and need to be rewashed. Carers don't tidy up after themselves. Leave messy work surfaces. Not disposing of rubbish correctly. Safety lock has been left open with code on show a few times now. The biggest issue with the carers from this company is that they are in a rush to get in and out and ask to leave early. This leads to the carers making mistakes and not providing the proper care needed.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We're deeply sorry to hear about the experiences you've described, and we take your feedback very seriously. The issues you've raised, particularly around rushing, inadequate care, and damage to property, as you are aware we have had several...
Always there to help you and give you good advice on what to do. I like that you can contact someone for help 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
We have a good opinion of all carers who attend. They all work to the very best of their abilities and always with respect and care.
They have proven to constantly at times have gone above and beyond to ensure outstanding support.
They are always presentable, very friendly and engage well in communication and conversation; ultimately giving us a pleasurable, satisfying and comfortable experience and genuine dedication to ensure our needs are met.
Just one thing, I wish you would not send in carers that are very nervous of dogs, I have two cockapoos.
My 9-year-old is not very bouncy. So gentle. My 6-year-old is very playful, they both would not hurt anyone.
And stuff transportation cars offer breakdown often don't get phone by headquarters .plus if drivers are stuck in traffic also the staff would say we were late because of the traffic always traffic on the road .anyway. Think that what I meant by management issues.
Listened to everything we said and acted on them. Was helpful and informative.
Management support could be improved to both client and carers. Don't think it's right we should have to phone to ask where carers are when 2 hours late due to vehicle problems, especially when carers reported issue and asked office to advice clients.
Thank you for your feedback. We shall take note and do better in management. We shall endeavour to ensure there is prompt communication early enough in case of a lateness or an untowardly event.

I grew up in a community where community spirit and care values run deep, and I was inspired to become a leader who transforms care standards and inspires others to follow. It's a chance to lead with a heart, vision and purpose- a service that believes in delivering care the way people want it- with respect, safety, understanding and compassion at every step.
I have a master's degree in Environmental Resource Management with a bias towards renewable energies. My bachelor's degree is in Chemistry. I have been an entrepreneur since 2002 and have worked to create opportunities for others. I am committed to making a positive difference to people in any way I can.
I have always enjoyed being involved in the community, from volunteering in raising money for charities to tackling environmental issues like fly-tipping to waste disposal, to turning waste into energy. At the moment, we are working on how we can use food innovation to enhance well-being for our service users.
