I have had many care companies over the last 8 years. CAS Care is by far the best that I have ever had. The care staff and office staff always go above and beyond. So a big thank you from me.

All office staff, from call handlers to seniors, are polite, professional, and friendly when taking calls, no query is deemed inappropriate as it's important to the client's family.
We are kept informed if the carers are running late or if the schedule has been or needs to be changed.
The carers
are all lovely, polite, good timekeepers, and respectful when in our home. It is nice to see they show an interest in my mother and talk to her the whole time they are visiting asking about mum's family, hobbies etc. There is many a moment with them laughing.
A majority of the carers we have are from overseas and their English is well-spoken.

My wife, at home, was looked after by a very good live-in carer. In October 2022, it was decided by Government Care that her live-in carer needed help. CAS were selected and their carers visited 3 times a day to provide this help. I found the carers polite, professional and helpful. They worked well
with our live-in carer. Any minor problems were resolved quickly with the CAS management. We were very appreciative of the kind care provided by CAS.

Thanks to CAS Care Solutions my wife was able to stay at home for over a year longer than would otherwise have been possible. She eventually had to move to a care home in January 2024. CAS provided personal care for an hour on 6/7 mornings each week and an increasing level of additional support when
it was needed. I was mostly very happy with the service which was provided. During the year my wife was looked after by many different staff, some with whom she got on better with than others. All were kind, considerate, and caring. The managers were accessible and listened to my concerns when issues arose, e.g. clashes with carers, the number of different carers, billing mistakes. My greatest negative was the very poor computer system used to provide information to clients, which was so unreliable that I tried to avoid using it unless necessary.

CAS provided care for my mother-in-law for a number of years, prior to her entering a nursing home. She was always very happy with the care provided, and the friendliness of the carers. She felt that the carers were interested in her as person, rather than just as a client, and enjoyed their visits,
and the conversation during those visits.

CAS Care carers have been coming to me since discharge from hospital. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and go the extra mile. When I was readmitted to hospital, they looked after my pets (1 dog, 1 cat and 3 hens). My only complaint is that they are not allowed sufficient travelling
time between each call.

Thank you ever so much for the kind words. We appreciate the constructive feedback and we are continuously working on achieving the best customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the system is not able to take into account unexpected circumstances such as flooded roads, closures, heavy traffic and so on. We are hoping that the issue is just temporary, but we always welcome feedback at all levels.

The carers have been looking after the client I had supported too. Even though they could manage the care with the support of several carers yet it was never disrupted nor cancelled. The carers were polite and well trained. They spoke highly of their employers and management, at least what I was told
by them. Their software used for communication is effective and offers the option to keep an eye on the upcoming visits and past vists` notes too. This feature is available not just for next of kin but for private carers like me too. The next of kin was also speaking highly of the company.

I cannot express enough praise for the CAS team. My friend had 24/7 support from CAS, they helped make an impossible illness feel possible. I spent many hours in the company of the carers over a number of years, which was an honour. I was moved and humbled by their commitment to my friend. Thank you
always.

I would 100% recommend CAS Care Solutions.
Initially, I asked CAS to help with my mum and dad. We needed help as my dad was my mum’s full-time carer and he became unwell. Sadly my dad passed away in November and the carers were amazing in helping my mum, my brother and I cope with our loss. Mum always
had Dad to care for her but CAS made the transition to carers easy as they always showed her kindness and respect. Mum loves all her carers and the time she spends with them. Sadly we are no longer able to look after Mum at home and are having to say goodbye to the lovely carers that have been part of our lives for the last few months. We would not have survived without your support and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When seeking a carers service to support my mum to stay in her own home I sought local recommendations and CAS Care Solutions was flagged. Arrangements were made for a home visit to assess requirements and to meet Mum - and all these arrangements were completed timely and went very well. The service
was put in place within days. The carers visited daily, for an hour in the morning and assisted with setting Mum up for the day. The service extended from providing direct care through to support like making tea, bed changing, washing, drying, ironing, putting out refuse, arranging attendance of a hairdresser and chiropodist etcetera. CAS Care provided me with regular updates, including candid feedback about any issues. Most importantly, Mum liked the carers and benefited from their engagement and kindness.

I found all the staff to be friendly, caring and treated my mother with respect. A number of the carers went above and beyond their daily activities to look after my mother. You know who you are - I thank you.
My only negative comment would be management - the staff never seemed to have sufficient
travel time between clients so were sometimes flustered upon arrival.

Thank you, Donna, for your lovely review. We are sorry to hear about the experiences you had with carers and their travel time. Our online system calculates the travel time between clients and alerts us if it is insufficient. We will endeavour to look into this for the future.

It was an absolute pleasure to care for your mother, the whole team considers themselves lucky to have known her.

We hope that you and your family are well.

My overall experience of CAS Care Solutions has been exceptional....the care that they gave my late father was second to none...he loved them coming to see him....and also keeping me up to date with situations that had occurred...it made me feel so at ease knowing my father was in such good hands ...the
thing that stood out to us as a family was that they would go that extra mile to help...something I think you don't get from a huge care company ...we as a family are so grateful for the care and professionalism of this company that they offered our father...they are a credit to their profession.

Cannot recommend enough, during the time CAS Care looked after my grandad, I didn't have one complaint! They were incredible, my grandad loved the system of seeing the same carer every time and made a great connection with her, we always had emails whenever there was any changes or concerns. Very professional!
They turned a lonely old man into a happy one in such a short space of time! Whenever I spoke to him he couldn't praise them enough, about how friendly, helpful and considerate they all were.

Erin has always been surrounded by care. From a young age, she accompanied her mother to work in a care home, where she developed early bonds with the residents and a deep appreciation for the role of caregiving. Her first job, while still in secondary school, was in a care home kitchen—preparing meals, serving refreshments, and helping with cleaning duties.

While studying beauty therapy at college, Erin maintained her connection to the care sector by working part-time as a cleaner in another care home. After the birth of her daughter in 2020, she transitioned into home care, continuing to support clients until 38 weeks into her second pregnancy in 2023. During her maternity leave, she discovered CAS Care Solutions and found both encouragement and community. Just five months after her son was born, she joined the team as a carer, quickly excelling in the role and finding deep fulfilment in supporting clients with their daily needs.
