A top class care provider. All the carers are superb but the primary carer is fantastic and always goes above and beyond. My Mum-in-law has several care needs but all are accommodated and we know that she is in the very best of hands.
The manager is excellent - always maintaining a great level of contact
and she ensures our care needs are met seamlessly.
A huge thanks to all the team.

My Mum is 95 and has several care needs, so having the correct care in place is vital to us. The care provided is exemplary and stands head and shoulders above other care providers we have used. The carers are all so kind and gentle but highly professional and knowledgeable - we know that Mum is in
the very best of hands. The care staff go beyond the call of duty on many occasion's - reliable, prompt and always cheerful.
The office staff are also excellent - always happy to arrange additional care visits if needed at short notice. Always helpful and available - never a struggle to contact.
A first class company and absolutely first class care.

Carers always arrives on time and carers always have a smile on their face. I trust and feel comfortable when they care for my son. They know my son really well and his needs. I believe my son is really happy with the care he is getting.

I am so pleased with the care my mother receives from PentaCare. So friendly and understanding and always that little extra time and effort. Its not just a job its their passion. One of mum's carers even brings mum home cooked food, how lovely is that. And to see mum so happy is what its all about.

Having searched long and hard for a care company who could provide consistency within the team for a friend who needed, to begin, 3-4 visits a day followed by live-in care, Pentacare came top of the many conversations I had!
Rather than having several different carers visiting an already confused
chap, he had just two on rotation. This was the biggest hint for us so he knew who was in his home and when.
The schedule suited all of us and they accommodated our required timings, there was a quick handover and we have been continuously updated in our absence.
PentaCare have been actual angels in disguise and I can whole heartedly recommend them for the care of loved ones.
We truly appreciate this small company for everything they have managed to do in a short time. Happy family, happy client and happy carers. It's a win-win from us.

We recently followed the manager to PentaCare after she left our previous care provider because she was the only manager who truly understood our needs.
Since moving to PentaCare, we've had some excellent carers, including one still with us. We're delighted with Pentacare and hope they stay with us
for a long time.

Excellent service from PentaCare compared to other agencies used. Acted very quickly when live-in was required at short notice. Although apprehensive about live-in care there was no need as the carers were professional and understood what was required.

The team at Pentacare Bury St Edmunds provided in-home care to an elderly lady. Communication with them was first class and the carers provided a responsible and caring attitude at all times, the lady concerned was always pleased to see them and welcomed them into her home.
