I could recommend the company to anyone as the carers are so kind and understanding and completely reliable. My husband is so happy with all of them and just loves having them.
I contacted Helping Hands with regard to some respite care for my Dad who has Alzheimer's disease. Their service was excellent from start to finish and although I was nervous about getting some help for Dad [as it was the first time] they immediately made me feel confident that Dad would be well looked after and supported. A carer came in to prepare lunch for Dad, keep him company and do activities with him. I chose Helping Hands as they had looked after my friend's Mum and she had told me how good they were and how all the staff were so caring and competent. Dad really enjoyed the company of the carer and was quite disappointed when she had to leave. I would have no hesitation using them again.

My role is to ensure we deliver a high standard of person-centred care to those whom we support. It is my responsibility as the Registered Manager to oversee all aspects of the branch to ensure we are meeting individuals’ care and support needs. I’m a strong believer that you need a genuine passion for looking after others. I have always been a caring person, and I wanted to use that in my work life. For me, it’s a privilege to be involved in people’s lives and make a difference
