Abbots Care came out on the same day as a call asking for support, did an assessment and started up a package the same day. Carers were flexible and kind in working with Dad on getting used to having support and Abbots were brilliant when we had to alter the care when Dad went to hospital and then to a care home. Despite lots of quick changes and only a short period of support, we were treated as valuable customers and the care about Dad's change in health was sincere. The App also helped the family to know who was coming and how he was which was so reassuring. I would use them again if needed.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that our team could provide the support and care your dad needed, especially in a short time frame. It's incredibly rewarding to know that we were able to go above and beyond to meet his needs. We're also pleased that...
Prompt and helpful response to enquiries and requests regarding home care for my stepfather. The carer's are kind, polite, patient and very good. Making contact with the company is easy and always reassuring - nothing is a problem eg a carer is available at very short notice if necessary or if sudden changes need to be made. Worry and any anxiety is swept away by the helpful, calm staff.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's wonderful to hear that you've had a positive experience with Abbots Care and that your stepfather is receiving the very best care from our team.
Very easy to deal with, correspondence answered immediately if needed.
Have made my life easier and my mother -in-laws life so much better.
Thank you to all.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service. It's wonderful to learn that you're truly satisfied with the care your Mother-in-law is receiving and it's great to hear our team is surpassing your expectations.
Overall very happy with the care provided, having recently moved from daily care to 24-7 live-in care services. Compassionate and diligent carers who genuinely care about their client and provide care that retains client dignity.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you are receiving from Abbots Care, I have passed your comments onto the relevant department.
Abbots Care have been looking after my Dad for over a year now. The staff are all friendly and treat him with respect and kindness. My Dad has a degenerative condition so his needs have changed throughout the year and the care team adapt to this really well and professionally.
Thank you very much for your kind review, and we hope your father is keeping well. Our fully trained and qualified care workers always have respect for all our service users and most importantly, love keeping the smiles on their faces!

Meet the Team (4)
a back-care trainer and have a Registered Managers Award in Care.
I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 20 years. After starting my career working with children, I joined a national care recruitment organisation for the following 17 years, where I registered with CQC and started managing a complex care service to people within their own homes. I completed my level 5 in Leadership in Care Management Services and became a registered manager with CQC before joining Abbots Care as Operations Director.
With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I have held various roles, including Care Worker, Senior Care Worker, Field Care Supervisor, and Care Coordinator. Currently as Care Director, I have gained Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care. I have received STEPs training and hold a Level 4 safeguarding certification. I find fulfilment in delivering compassionate care that enhances individuals’ quality of life
I have been with Abbots Care for 10 years now and I am the Registered Manager for our Buckinghamshire branch.
In 2023 our Buckinghamshire branch underwent a rigorous inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the first time and we are happy to report we secured a well-deserved rating of “Good”. We are absolutely thrilled with this remarkable achievement, as it marks a significant milestone for Abbots Care.
