We needed an extra evening visit which was provided within hour of our initial call. We have been with you since early 2025 and cannot praise your services and staff highly enough. Score out of 10 has to be 20!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that we were able to arrange the extra evening visit promptly and that our team has consistently met your expectations since early 2025.
Your kind words about our services and staff mean a great deal to...
We started using Helping Hands in August 2025 to help my mum who has dementia live independently at home. The carers have been lovely and mum really enjoys their company and the little errands that they help her with. Recently mum has had a number of GP appointments to attend and the management have been fantastic in ensuring that there is always a carer available to accompany mum to the appointment, even at short notice. Thank you for your help and support - it makes such a difference when I have my own young family to look after and a full time job - I know that mum has some company and help with jobs at the times I can't be there with her.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we really do appreciate it.
We are delighted to hear that our carers have been a great support to your mum and that she enjoys their company and the help with errands.
It's wonderful to know that the team has been able to...
Helping Hands (Nantwich) have over many years provided exceptional care and support to my mum.
Throughout there has been one constant member of staff.
She has consistently gone above and beyond always ensuring my mum has the very best care. She has also supported me many times too providing updates outside of the normal hours of care. I cannot therefore thank her enough for her professionalism, dedication, and care to the job she has demonstrated. She is an asset to your business, always there to reassure all they are in the best of hands. A deep gratitude will always remain from both my mum and I for the support this carer and Helping Hands has given.
Thank you Helping Hands you did a brilliant job! I wish you continued success in providing a high quality service.
Overall, very good. Pleased to have this service. Staff are friendly and efficient and helpful.
Helping Hand's have been my life saver over the past 2 years due to medical problems and accidents. I cannot endorse this company enough. Totally professional and reliable.
I have marked management as poor because I have experienced carers being late on many occasions after not been allowed time to travel from one appointment to the next. Surely, carers can be tabled to close areas. Also out time agreed was for 9am and 7:30pm, but the early time has been anything from 8:45 - 9:30am and night time 7:15 - 8pm.
All carers visiting my Mum have been polite and professional. She has enjoyed their company. They have arrived at the time they said they would and most of the time, the same carers attended. I would recommend them.
