Helping Hand's have been my life saver over the past 2 years due to medical problems and accidents. I cannot endorse this company enough. Totally professional and reliable.

I have marked management as poor because I have experienced carers being late on many occasions after not been allowed time to travel from one appointment to the next. Surely, carers can be tabled to close areas. Also out time agreed was for 9am and 7:30pm, but the early time has been anything from 8:45 - 9:30am and night time 7:15 - 8pm.

Helping Hands Home Care (Nantwich) is a diligent and professional service run by people who really care about their clients. Despite the challenges they faced during Covid they constantly go above and beyond. An exemplary service run by a management team who are always looking to improve the service they offer. I am very grateful for the care and attention they provide my mum. Whilst hundreds of miles away I am always reassured she is in safe hands. Well done team and thank you.

All carers visiting my Mum have been polite and professional. She has enjoyed their company. They have arrived at the time they said they would and most of the time, the same carers attended. I would recommend them.
