Our loved one has been a client of the Candour Care Group family for 3 years and more. As our loved one's sister and main carer and family, we appreciate all the care and support delivered by Candour Care and their team of care workers. From each care worker, arriving on time, completing care plan tasks very effectively and reading upon loved one's likes, dislikes, and preferences, promoting independence where possible and providing respect and dignity and championship to loved one on each visit.
Our family have always encountered very polite and professional mannerisms of each care worker when visiting our loved one and our home.
Each request to management or to business support officers or to senior care workers is dealt with, as a person-centred approach. With Candour Care providing care to our loved on, this allows for carer's relief and allows us to live as an integrated family. Which is our loved one's wishes and ours.

Thank you for all our loved one's continued support for our family life.

Overall Experience

I contacted Candour Care to help my uncle, who lives in Newton-le-Willows. The set-up of the care package was so professional and efficient; there was a full assessment completed to design the plan. The carers do really care! They are trained, friendly, efficient and very accommodating. My uncle is treated as a person. They are always contactable 24/7, and when they say they will get back to you, they do. I have no hesitations in recommending Candour Care, five-star.

Overall Experience
Candour Care Group provide the highest standard of care possible. The carers actually care (unlike many other care companies) and want to enhance and make a difference to the lives of the clients in their care.
I speak from experience relating to two relatives, both with very different care needs but both needs met with care and compassion.
No matter what new care need is thrown our/their way, the company go above and beyond to do what they can to meet this need from providing 24-hours emergency care with no notice, additional training for staff to provide enteral nutritional feeding or being involved in emergency care planning MDT meetings.
When my relative has been in hospital for a prolonged period, they genuinely worried for their client but still provided exceptional care and experience for her daughter with learning disabilities.

This company is the only one I have ever recommended to others. Thank you to the managers and the team responsible for my relatives' care.

Can’t thank Candour Care Group enough. Carers have been coming since December. I can honestly say I have been really happy with every single carer who has cared for my husband.
Not only am I confident when I leave my husband in their care (giving me time out, to recharge my batteries) I also know he is happy whilst they are here. He loves chatting to new people and having different conversations.

Would highly recommend you use these lovely, reliable people and business.
