Having had some lovely carers from the Council, I was given this company after my short-term care finished.
I can honestly say, the time booked for my morning visit was 1/2 hour. At which they were here for 15 minutes max. So I cancelled them. Only to receive a Social Services call regarding my...
Having had some lovely carers from the Council, I was given this company after my short-term care finished.
I can honestly say, the time booked for my morning visit was 1/2 hour. At which they were here for 15 minutes max. So I cancelled them. Only to receive a Social Services call regarding my Son who was apparently in danger of a cluttered house! I wouldn't recommend this company, as they don't provide the service promised.

And if you call medication and art supplies cluttering, well excuse me. I'm bored and make use of my talents.

Thank you for your review and giving MS Care 5 stars for staff, care/support, management and treated with dignity. This feedback is very important to us as we strive for outstanding communication and care to others. On initial assessment, all service users are informed of the time allocation and the minimum amount being 30 minutes for every care call. If tasks are completed within a shorter time and the service user is happy then carers will leave, even if it is 15 minutes. Carers only claim for the time spent in all service users' homes. All care agencies work closely with social services and are guided by their knowledge and experience. Any care package cancelled, social services are informed and act upon.
