I am very satisfied, carers are very professional. Everything is brilliant.

The last month of my mother's life was incredibly challenging, but Joghide did everything they could to ease her suffering. What stood out to me was the energy the carers brought into our home and the genuine love they showed my mum. At first, I worried they might not have enough experience, but I now realise how wrong I was. We needed the strength and vitality that young carers bring, and that was exactly what helped us all stay positive throughout the hard times. Smiles, kindness, laughter, and, above all, people who truly cared. I have nothing but praise for Joghide, and if you're fortunate enough to have these exceptional people looking after the ones you love most in the world when the time comes, you will be as blessed as we were.

We have had Joghide carers since July 15th, 2024 when my husband came out of hospital. They have been very caring and kind. They listen to him and have been very supportive. They are reliable and the manager keeps in contact to make sure we are happy with their care. We have a group chat where the carers post about the visit and say how they find my husband that day. My son and daughter can read this and feel happy that they can see what is going on with him, and how he is that day. This is reassuring to them too. I am happy to recommend them as in my eyes they are outstanding.

Joghide has provided first-rate, thorough, and professional care for my mother over the past 4 months. The team are polite, efficient, and very responsive to my Mother's requests. They are excellent at keeping track of medication and they go the extra mile to make sure that my parents are both comfortable and content. Communication is excellent and I get reports from them throughout the day. We have the same carers most of the time which is fantastic - this consistency makes a world of difference; it means that the Physio has given the carers instruction about simple exercises they can do with my mother. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joghide to others and am very grateful to them for the care that they provide.

The team at Joghide did a brilliant job looking after my relative. They took time to get to know him well and helped to keep him and his house safe, clean, and tidy. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and caring roles.

Joghide has been caring for my father in Malvern. He enjoys his visits and the carers treat him with kindness and dignity. He is a very independent man who has resisted care but with encouragement, he has realized the benefits. Unfortunately, as his care needs have increased Joghide has not been able to meet those needs. The staff involved in my father's care were ‘second to none’ in terms of attention, and thoughtfulness during a difficult time. The carers responsible for my father were a credit to the profession allowing him to keep his dignity throughout the latter stages of his life.

I have known my friend for a long time. Since she has been with Joghide Home Care, I have noticed a huge difference in her, I think this is down to her home being so clean and well organised, as she is very fussy! The care and assistance Joghide Home Care provide is at the highest level. Carers and management are efficient and professional. Carers are always on time. My mother-in-law is treated with dignity and respect by all. Staff and management are sensitive to her needs, bend over backwards to offer support and a listening ear. They always respond to my mother-in-law's choices and needs. Management goes the extra mile and is extremely kind and generous. They have put my husband's and my worries and concerns at ease.

I would just like to say well done Joghide! They looked after my 95-year-old mum, morning, noon, and night....helped her wash, shower, dress, cooked her food, made her breakfast, gave her meds, they even made her Horlicks before bed. I have nothing but high praise for them....100% professional...caring...I met all the carers at one time or another...every one of them was fully committed.....very well done Joghide!

It seems to be the same carers going in which is good for continuity and familiarity for Mum, especially ensuring her personal hygiene is kept up, and her dignity kept.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would thoroughly recommend them.

They just don't do what they should do in their contract. They spend time with the care, putting them at ease in their later years which I think is very important for the elderly to have. More than just care they need to feel safe. I can't say how pleased I am with how much support and dignity. Well done, excellent all of the care team.

We have been very pleased with the care taken and the respect shown to my husband. We value the very good advice given on different things and how management helps with communication with different medical teams, that is a really great help. Peace of mind with most things, means a lot to us at the moment. The team show a good caring attitude and is flexible to help us all to get the best out of my husband's care. Thank you.
